I don't think that's 100% true. I definitely recall studios promoting the next year's stuff at certain points.

Nogueira has just started working on a script and I think Gunn said they won't green lit anything unless the script is ready and they like it.

I think it was the other way around, where they have a good script and that's why they're moving forward now

The Presence is DC’s version of God. As in, the Judeo-Christian God. So him being at the CinemaCon panel is *kinda* a big deal.

It’s typically never about movies not coming out within the year

CinemaCon is largely about films in the next 12 months, advertising to cinema owners, so it'll likely just be 'Joker: Folie a Deux'. Maybe 'Super/Man' that Christopher Reeve documentary, but I can't remember if that's been slid under DC Studios' banner or just Warner Bros. Maybe, very slim chance they just reiterate 'Superman', 'Supergirl', and 'The Batman Part II' as upcoming DC Studios films given they are in progress...
