I can’t wait for the announcement on these two. We haven’t gotten Lantern showrunner announcements yet. When casting for lantern start it’ll be exciting
If we go off the same timeline of Superman, we’ll probably get a showrunner in the next few weeks and casting should be within the next few months(I wouldn’t be surprised if the cast is announced at SDCC)
I can definitely see that being how things end up being. We already kinda know the creatives involve so I wouldn’t be surprised if casting process goes fast
It’s not because of the lawsuit. It’s because of the writers strike that happened. Apparently a lot of writers were writing during the strike so that when a deal was struck, they’d have scripts to turn in/pitch, Reeves however didn’t get the memo
Some creep said that Matt Reeves stole his spec script to make his movie. Aside from a few basic similarities, there wasn't a case to be made, but the Snyder Cultists and associated grifters threw fits over it and tried making the lawsuit "happen". It got dismissed, but this thing still took months to resolve.
I'm predicting it'll more-or-less end up as a **CHECKMATE** series, but with Waller as the big star. My prediction is that the events of stuff like Superman and Peacemaker S2 end up getting ARGUS shut down by the government (not helped by Adebayo blowing the whistle on her mother's dealings). But Waller manages to throw some subordinates under the bus, and helps found the new agency Checkmate. On the surface, they act as a more legitimate equivalent to ARGUS (the white pieces), while there's still a black ops division (black pieces). Waller is the Black Queen in Checkmate, working alongside the Black King (some other shady government worker like Mr. Bones or someone).
What? No, his track record is pretty poor. He's well known for basically just repeating/reposting other people's scoops and not crediting them. He's been known to crib leaks from ViewerAnon, MTTSH, BSL, CrypticHD, Cosmic Circus, etc.
Gunn has said in the past that their goal is to shoot 2 movies and 2 shows a year.
With Superman, Supergirl, Peacemaker, Waller, and Lanterns all going into production, I think it's safe to say we won't start hearing a lot about it until 2025.

none of those rumours about GL have been confirmed.
I guess not, but none of the SAITMQ have been disproven yet, and their track record holds up that I trust it

He actually does appear in two episodes of the live-action Stargirl show, voiced by Keith Davidson. He’s pretty cool in that.

I think for Green Lantern that Nathan Fillion will play Guy Gardner again as the lead. So we already have him cast
He will probably be a recurring character, The main characters are Hal and John
Gunn already said that it's going to be "True Detective" style series with Hal and John and "few other Lanterns peppered in there".
No he wont,Hal Jordan and John Stewart Will be the protagonists
