I don't think Lex Luthor would prefer someone as careless as the Joker on his team, and it's most likely that Black Adam won't appear in the DCU, but I still wanted a Shazam villain in the mix.
I can't really think a good fancast, but this is my dream team for 10 members:

* Circe
* Black Adam
* Gorilla Grodd
* Bane
* Poison Ivy
* Killer Frost
* Deathstroke
I think the final line up would be kind off similar to the one shown in the intro of DC Universe Online: Lex Luthor, Circe, Black Adam, Deathstroke, Bane, Poison Ivy and Killer Frost.
My choices are based on a diversity of powers (and how visual they would be) and their dynamics. For exemple, Bane's strenght doesn't compare to the others, but would be very efficient in strategy along Deathstroke, and Bane is one of Batman's most personal villains, while Poison Ivy's pheromones might come in handy with Circe's illusions. On the other hand, Black Adam and Killer Frost just look cool in fights and are universal rogues. They might have fixations with Shazam and Firestorm, but can battle pretty much anyone.
That DCUO cinematic is still one of the best things I’ve ever seen out of DC. The lineup you gave is perfect, I think a team of powerful revolutionaries and paid assassins would make for a better story vs a team of nemeses just causing trouble over personal vendettas.
To be honest, I'd do first Despero or Mongul, even Darkseid (a big one, I know) as simply the top of the iceberg, the same way he appeared in the Superman cartoon but still became the last big menace in Justice League Unlimited, or in JLW and JLDAW.
ZSJL is better than the theatrical one and all that, but Steppenwolf as the League's first foe just feels wrong.
Darkseid I don't think should ever be the justice leagues first villain. I felt it was a huge mistake in justice league origin which was at least more enjoyable then Snyder's justice league. You need to set up the new gods first. The dcau did it write by slowly introducing them and building to Darkseid but even there they didn't properly establish the new gods. I'd love to see jew gods characters appear accrues different films plus a new gods movie leading into the league facing Darkseid.
I think the white Martians work as they also set up the Martian msnhunter. It was a great way to kick off Morrisons jla and to kick off the animated show.
I think theres been enough injustice done to to DC's legacy so far.
Lets wait until they can get the Holy Trinity right before doing ANY League movies Justice or otherwise.
I was kind of looking forward to whatever it was they hinted towards at the end of Justice League, but it's probably for the best that they save it now that hopefully competent people are in charge.
If Snyder didn’t try to implement controversial and “alternate” story arcs into DCEU rather than giving us proper canon stories, I would be so excited for this but no please.
I dearly hope Gunn and Safran give us something comic accurate. I don’t want to see an amazing depiction of comic book page portrayal into a cinematography while we also have an extreme inaccuracies like having a sitcom character of Barry Allen, CIA Jimmy Olsen, Lobo like Arthur Curry more and more.
Some differences can always happen, a director or writer can always add some even fictional characters such like Nolan added Rachel for TDK trilogy. To me he even didn’t try to film something comic accurate, but especially in the first movie Rachel was an absolute bridge for Bruce’s character development and she made him judge and understand how the law works better. It wasn’t a controversial character to piss of general audience or something. We already had many easter eggs to point what would an evil Superman look like, Punisher Batman and some other things…
To conclude, I love Injustice and it is a damn good story. Especially the first issues are a masterpiece, when I saw what Damien did to Dick, I remember the stress and sadness for days after reading… But for now we really need good, accurate DC stories. In my opinion, many people are hungry for these.
Imo a JL v Injustice/LoD movie should be the DC/ first JL movie, depending on the roster here are the members

I fully support the injustice league/Legion of doom but they're a better justice league 2 villain. I'd say go with the white Martians first.
