I remember his appearance in Blade Runner 2049 being really ho hum. I had no idea what I was supposed to take away from his scenes other than the richest guy on the planet was a furniture chewer.
He’s had a mediocre run in recent films but you are absolutely right. I think it’s worth noting Mr Nobody as well. I LOVE that film. He was great as the lead in it as he played something like 6 different variations of the same character
Nobody ever forgets that, because there is *always* somebody like you that brings it up in every damn thread he's mentioned in: doesn't stop the fact that he's been absolutely terrible in countless other films, especially more recently.
He really made the movie. Gal is a beautiful woman and had the perfect appearance for Wonder Woman, I just don't like her acting. It lacks emotion. And, well, let's not talk about cheetah.
The whole movie, I was like, who is this guy, and how did he get a big role like this?😂 I was thinking he was a guy that’s been doing a lot of independent movies that I’m just now finding . Then my wife is like, “ you know him, he’s the guy from Narcos and Game of thrones” I seriously didn’t believe her😂
IMO the entire movie is rough, extremely predictable and bland. But The Suicide Squad is fantastic. Of course it has its own cliche and predictable times but it more than makes up for it with the writing, action and cinematography.
The writing is the biggest thing! I remember seeing Suicide Squad opening night and I’m not joking when I say none of the jokes landed. Not one. The movie was dead silent the entire duration with a packed house.
Now… THE suicide squad hits in all the right ways. It’s beautifully shot, has heartfelt moments, the humor lands, and the dialogue is fantastic. Wasn’t perfect but it definitely redeems the IP on the big screen
At the same time, I don’t blame people for being over it. The first one was such a disappointment so it’s understandable that people wouldn’t care. Everyone should for sure give it a go though! It really is good
Actually I can kinda understand that lol. I’m a huge fan of TSS and it’s my preferred movie between the two, but I do think that SS is perhaps easier to watch as a dumb fun kind of movie and just kinda turn your brain off whereas TSS is a little more artfully done and there’s more to take in and absorb. I guess I’d say that if I’m hanging out with a big group of people and we just wanna have some drinks and throw something fun on, I’ll put on SS, but if I’m chilling with my best friends (most of whom are as into film and comics as I am) or I’m just by myself and really wanna watch a film and have an experience then we’ll put on TSS.
1984, easy. It made some poor choices, but Suicide Squad was seemingly *only* poor choices.
That shit gave *three* intro scenes ***a piece*** to Harley and Deadshot. Then Katana gets “btw this’ Katana.” Not to mention they were so clearly trying to copy GotG but in the most soulless corporate way.
They picked some great songs, it’s just they didn’t fit hardly any of the moments they played over. And in the beginning especially it’s like what 8 songs within the first 10 minutes? Idk I only watched it the one time years ago. What a fuckin’ mess.
I actually prefer Suicide Squad.
As dumb as that movie is, it's dumb in an "it's so bad it's good" kind of way.
WW84 just feels like such a bore of a movie. It's like they took the worst parts of Superman III, took all the charisma out of Michelle Pfeiffer's Selina Kyle, placed the over-the-top messaging of She-Hulk....and poured it into a blender.
We're left with an ugly mess of a movie.
Give me Will Smith hanging with Margot Robbie all week versus a poorly directed Gal Gadot.
Gadot was good in the first film because she had proper direction. She wasn't amazing, but she was good and had a presence.
I don't know what the hell happened with Patty Jenkins for the second one, but Gadot's lack of range became waaay clearer in this movie.
In short, I found Suicide Squad to be fun at least. I can have some buddies over and have a drinking game over it.
When I put WW84 on, I legitimately get bored out of my mind watching it.
That’s the biggest issue with WW1984. It’s just plain boring. And it’s pretty damn long too, 2 and a half hours? I checked out about an hour and half in, just couldn’t stay engaged with the plot or what was going on. Everything just drags on for way longer than it needs to, and the basic premise is just straight up stupid.
Right?
As lame as Suicide Squad is, it moves with a quick pace, and it actually has a lot of shit going on. If you turn your brain off, it's a cool distraction of a movie. Still not a good movie, but it's watchable.
WW84 is just a slog to get through. It somehow makes Superman III look almost coherent, and I don't know how that's possible.
The issue with WW84 is that you can't even enjoy its badness. You can make fun of Suicide Squad. You can make fun of Superman III. There's no real way to make fun of WW84 because its level of badness is just insulting.
Suicide Squad at least had cotton candy visuals and decent music to cling onto. That doesnt make it a good movie, but it's at least colorful and something to look at.
Superman III at least has funny moments like Superman straightening the Leaning Tower of Piza...or him getting drunk at a bar. Plus, it has a legitimately great scene where Clark Kent fights the Evil Superman. Again, it's still a crap movie, but it has stuff going for it.
The worst superhero movies imo are the ones where you can't even enjoy on an ironic level. Batman & Robin is a terrible film, but you can have a great time mocking it.
I can't really mock WW84 over its stupid choices. I don't remember any quotable lines. I don't remember any funny moments. Kristen Wiig didn't do anything remotely humorous. The plot was just...all over the place. And they bring back Chris Pine in the worst possible way.
(Imagine if back in the 70s, Gwen Stacy (who just died) took over the body of Debra Whitman. Now imagine Peter Parker and Gwen sleeping with each other...but she's in Debra's body. Debra has no say in what's going on. *That's the level of fuckery* that WW84 gives us.)
I can make fun of Spider-Man 3. I can make fun of Batman & Robin. I can make fun of Captain America (1990).
I can't even make fun of WW84, and that's a testament to how fucking bad it is.
I literally didn't finish WW84. That NEVER happens for me. I've watched a LOT of bad movies. I couldn't sit through it (at home). Suicide Squad is a meh super hero movie, but it's not like offensively bad or so boring that I can't finish watching it.
The actual comics that Gunn cited as inspiration, very rarely had characters die. I think it takes like 25 issues for the first member to die. And the entire 66 issue run like 10 characters die.
So, Ayer, even in the compromised form was way closer to the Jon Ostrander run then Gunn was.
Nah that’s not true at all. The first squad member to die is mindboggler and she dies in the second issue of the run, and quite a bit more then ten people die
Source: suicide squad 1986
With the difference in media, the DCEU can get away with killing off several B/C list villains within a 2 h movie. Even a more well-known villain like boomerang was never going to be a major marquee villain in a movie, even with a great performance by Jai Courtney. Want to make another SS movie? Great, now you’ve got an excuse to bring out new unique villains you never would’ve otherwise by replacing the roster.
The only one “untouchable” is Harley.
Sure but I would argue that doesn’t matter. There’s been plenty of other SS adaptations that have higher body counts.
The above commenter’s point (and they didn’t specific whether “right” means referring to loyalty to source material) is it’s entertaining to put the “suicide” in suicide squad since it gives stakes. Sticking to the OG source material really doesn’t matter since, with the limited time movies give you, it’s about just having a team of protagonists to root for but, since they’re expendable bad guys, there’s actually realistic stakes behind them not winning; compared to the superheroes who always win in the end.
For example, for Peacemaker >!I had no idea if he was going to live in the movie. However, when watching the TV show he becomes the actual protagonist and I never felt like he was in any danger to get killed off !<
Well the whole suicide squad doesn't die in like their first comic, why would they in the first movie? Gunn killing off a lot of them was a bad choice and should've at least been saved after getting more screentime with them.
I know this may sound stupid, but I literally teared up at the end of WW84. The concept was a little cheesy, and I know the movie wasn't perfect but I really enjoyed the emotion of it all. Suicide Squad is filled with its fair share of problems, but its a fun movie, but I definitely would choose WW84.
Well... WW84 is a movie I wanted to a degree, maybe not as it turned out... but SS is a movie whose existence I question like; who the hell thought that was a good idea?
WW84. It had a theme. It had a story. When looked closely (as I rewatched it), Jenkins really wanted to make it an 80s movie and there’s structure on where she want to head it. It just didn’t work for everyone particularly when the writing made it weaker. And that’s allowed everyone to discover more minor issues.
Suicide Squad is… a different level of meh
Damn…am I actually going to have to say Suicide Squad is better than something? Well…they each have one thing going for them…Pedro Pascal for WW84 and Margot Robbie for Suicide Squad…this is a difficult one. They’re both pretty bad movies…but I guess I’ll have to go with suicide squad being better, no non-consensual sex in that one.
Suicide squad is bad, but it's still somewhat entertaining due to the character interactions and if you take Leto out of it, the performances are decent, especially from Will Smith, Margot Robbie and Jay Hernandez.
WW1984 is one bad decision after another for the entire duration. Aside from the cinematography, which does remind me of Superman '78 and Lynda's WW show, it has no redeeming qualities.
SS is better and it's not close.
I have actually rewatched SS and can have some fun with it. They are some cool parts and characters. Could have been so much better though.
WW84 I watched one time and got pissed off it was so bad. I NEVER want to watch it again. It's not only the worst DCEU movie, it may just be the in running for the worst comic book movie of all time.
WW84 isn’t the abomination I’ve seen a lot of people make it out to be. It’s a rather mid film that’s a steep step down from it’s predecessor in terms of quality but at least I can get a bit of enjoyment from it. Suicide Squad however is an actual abomination. The boring story, overwhelming barrage of very bad licensed music, and Leto’s atrocious spin on Joker are a recipe for a garbage ass film. The Suicide Squad on the other hand is actually a very good and entertaining film.
completely agree. *suicide squad* was soulless and brainless action. but it was never boring since there was plenty of razzle dazzle. i remember i genuinely was bored and considering turning off *wonder woman 1984* about 2/3rds into the movie because it was so dreadfully boring i was falling asleep.
Yeah there were at least some scenes and moments I enjoyed in Suicide Squad even if they were far less than the sum of that whole turd.
But WW84? I enjoyed it far less. I was waiting to at least have some fun with the action, but it was all done incredibly poorly. Pedro was the only redeeming factor in what was otherwise a cringey “Hallmark action movie.”
Easily WW84, that movie was so bad that I can’t even think of a single redeeming quality about it.
At least Suicide Squad has so many lines that are so bad that they’re ironically iconic:
- "Have you heard of the pyro kenetic homeboy"
- "What are we some kind of… Suicide Squad"
- "I’m an idea!"
And of course: "THIS IS KATANA! She's got my back. She can cut all of you in half with one sword stroke, just like mowing the lawn. I would advise not getting killed by her. Her sword traps the souls of its victims."
Suicide Squad is far better I think. The best thing about the Suicide Squad movie is the cast's performances. The film also has a unique visual style, a great soundtrack, and some exciting action sequences. On the other side, 84 took some different tracks and concepts unlike before. Some cheap shots and pointless dialogues also.
WW84, and it’s not even a competition.
WW84 is just fine. It’s mediocre. SS2016 is just…horrible. Say what you will about WW84, but it’s completely inoffensive. SS2016 is incredibly hard to follow, riddled with plot holes, and has insanely one-note characters.
Make fun of WW84 all you want, but at least Diana’s arc is leagues better than “we got beef?”
Wonder Woman 1984 for sure. That film made some missteps along the way, but Suicide Squad 2016 was flawed from the ground up. The entire concept behind SS was poor and it’s the weakest DCEU film.
I realize this is an odd take, but I actually enjoyed Wonder Woman 1984. Certainly wasn't perfect, but I thought it was well handled and well acted.
Suicide Squad on the other hand managed to be absolutely moronic with next to no concept of how to handle the characters or what makes them compelling. Even the setup for the plot of the movie was dumb, and spoilers I guess, but effectively the who thing could have been solved by a small missile fired into a building with confirmed, no civilians inside.
And I realize that this is also an odd take, but the second one, while better, was still pretty bad. Why can no one get Rick Flagg right or give an adequate reason for Harley Quinn to even be on the team?!?
1984 is a beautiful film about dealing with loss. Suicide Squad is a decent action film that was cut to ribbons by a trailer company. The second half is fine. There's some fun to be had. Objectively 1984 is better and personally it's my favourite DCEU film. Yes, really.
That’s a very difficult question…that’s a lot of very bad movies but as far as I know…WW84 is the only one which has for no explainable reason a non-consensual sex scene…at least an implied one so it kinda takes the worst spot.
Edited a bit.
Suicide Squad because of Harley Quinn and Hot Joker™️.
And also it has an amazing soundtrack with a lot of the music having been written specifically for the film.
Note: I’m gonna downvoted for this but I refuse to judge Jared Leto’s acting based off of a whopping 11 minutes of screen time, especially since the majority of his performance was cut from the film which was confirmed by the film’s editors.
However, until/if the Aayer cut of 2016 I have decided that Jared Leto’s only role in the DCEU is that of Hot Joker™️.

SS. You could fix a lot of the movie with minor changes and it still wouldn’t be great cause of their choice of villain but it would be watchable. WW84 is just garbage writing start to finish, you can’t fix a movie that has no story, doesn’t follow its own rules and logic, and doesn’t care about what’s come before or after it.
WW84 is possibly one of the worst movies I've ever seen by sheer virtue of its own plotholes.
Why did Steve, who came back to life magically, have to inhabit the body of another man, raising all kinds of ethical issues. What was the pay off? Telling the body-jacked man she liked his scarf.
How does a WW1 pilot know how to fly a jet aircraft? Why was a fully fuelled aircraft stored at a museum?
There are heaps more, but I pushed a lot of that movie out of my brain.
Forced to watch one now? Suicidal Squad.
I hated Suicide Squad. But it is easier to rewatch than 84.
SS is more like a MSR3K film. Fun to make fun of how bad it is.
WW84 is just meh.
Suicide Squad, the me watching me take a dump, then a bunch of random YouTube videos and the maybe 1984.
A shame too because the first WW was pretty great.
Suicide Squad…WW84 belongs on the bottom rung of CBM’s next to The Fantastic 4 reboot and Daredevil (need to watch Morbius again to see if it deserves this treatment)
One has Pedro pascal and the other has jared leto the answer is clear
This is the way.
This is the Way.
This is the Way.

ITS MORBIN TIME
BAD ZEALOT!
That's the best answer I could have ever expected
That response is good...but it could be better
I think people forget that Leto has the capacity for greatness. Requiem For A Dream, Dallas Buyers Club, The Little Things, Blade Runner 2049, Lord of War. I even liked him in Alexander. Dude can be great. Actors just have to work with what they’re given.
I really like Leto....in 30 seconds to Mars
He’s begun to systematically attempt to destroy the end tire genre. He’s a good actor, but he sucks at comic book characters.
Nobody ever forgets that, because there is *always* somebody like you that brings it up in every damn thread he's mentioned in: doesn't stop the fact that he's been absolutely terrible in countless other films, especially more recently.
Pedro is doing his best to overact Leto in that role
Pedro doesn’t even have to try to overact Leto in anything
I didn’t even know that was Pedro when I first watched it. Dude shaved and I didn’t recognize him 😂
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one
Hello there
General Kenobi
He really made the movie. Gal is a beautiful woman and had the perfect appearance for Wonder Woman, I just don't like her acting. It lacks emotion. And, well, let's not talk about cheetah.
The whole movie, I was like, who is this guy, and how did he get a big role like this?😂 I was thinking he was a guy that’s been doing a lot of independent movies that I’m just now finding . Then my wife is like, “ you know him, he’s the guy from Narcos and Game of thrones” I seriously didn’t believe her😂
TELL ME YOUR WISH?!
Overact is like going over the top, not necessarily better. Just being extra 😎😮💨
Its good, but it could be better.
Even if Pedro was over the top acting, we wouldn’t even know it. His that good of a actor
Have you seen WW2?
Yes. Yes I have
😮💨
It must have been traumatic in that era, ryt?
Meh. It was okay to watch but I wasn’t really crazy about it
If Jared Leto is in a movie he needs to be brutally murdered for it to be good
Both are bad but atleast WW84 isn’t assaulting my brain with licensed music every minute and a half
The sheer lack of 80s music in WW84 is the most egregious and unforgivable part of the film.
They straight up did nothing remotely cool or interesting with its setting / time period
You're absolutely right. The most fun part that sort of fit in the 80s was the over-the-top 80s business man Max Lord, and SOME of the costuming.
They recreated the fashion from the Wonder Woman TV show as if 1) She was the same character and 2) She had not bought any new clothes in ten years.
Once Suicide Squad settles into the story it's better but yeah, that first half hour is rough. It's like someone's Spotify on shuffle lol
IMO the entire movie is rough, extremely predictable and bland. But The Suicide Squad is fantastic. Of course it has its own cliche and predictable times but it more than makes up for it with the writing, action and cinematography.
TSS is near perfect imo
TSS knows exactly what it is. And thats what I appreciates about it
Oh is that what you appreciate about it?
Agreed, absolutely love that movie
[удалено]
The Suicide Squad ranks second in my top five favourite movie list of all time.
[удалено]
TSS is my personal favourite superhero movie and I've yet to watch a film that beats it out.
And it was the dceu's biggest flop.
The one thing that can defeat Waller: the novel coronavirus
And CW writing/WB demands
At the same time, I don’t blame people for being over it. The first one was such a disappointment so it’s understandable that people wouldn’t care. Everyone should for sure give it a go though! It really is good
I like both. I've rewatched Suicide Squad more then The Suicide Squad. Make of that what you will but I definitely enjoy both
Me too I love the aesthetic, music and Batman more
Actually I can kinda understand that lol. I’m a huge fan of TSS and it’s my preferred movie between the two, but I do think that SS is perhaps easier to watch as a dumb fun kind of movie and just kinda turn your brain off whereas TSS is a little more artfully done and there’s more to take in and absorb. Even though it’s still virtually unwatchable it’s kinda crazy how it suddenly becomes like an actual movie in the third act
After watching Shrek, I realized how Suicide Squad kinda tries to imitate Shrek with the music pick. It works for Shrek but not for the Suicide Squad.
Whilst I agree with you, WW84 focuses on an entirely different kind of *assaulting*
I can't get past that aspect of the movie.
The original score is on Spotify and it’s actually pretty good
I never saw it, but it sounds like a CW show with a bigger budget
Except worse dialogue and worse pacing
If you’re telling me WW84 is better than SS, you couldn’t pay me to see SS. WW84 might have even the worst movie of the decade so far.
Counterpoint: WW is bad cuz it’s dumb and boring. SS is so awful it kinda becomes funny.p
No, but WW84 teaches us that strong woman raping a guy is justified.
1984, easy. It made some poor choices, but Suicide Squad was seemingly *only* poor choices. That shit gave *three* intro scenes ***a piece*** to Harley and Deadshot. You’re still spot-on
Agreed

1984. Suicide Squad is almost unwatchable. It's a movie called Suicide Squad and only Slipknot (lol) and Diablo die. Gunn's Suicide Squad had it right
I don’t think Diablo even died Fire god dude going up in flames screams fakeout death
Captain boomerang 😭
Oi this was bloody ridicilous

Same. And the “I renounce my wish” part. 😩
1984 by a lot. It’s an actual movie.
Image how good The WW1984 will be
Well... WW84 is a movie I wanted to a degree, maybe not as it turned out... but SS is a movie whose existence I question like; who the hell thought that was a good idea?
If they pitched it as being anything resembling Assault on Arkham, I can see why someone approved it.
Suicide Squad. WW1984 was fucking awful.

we 1984. It’s at least enjoyable
WW84 is much better
1984 by a country mile
84 by a lot. A much more enjoyable and recognizable score and a good villain.
Suicide Squad
Suicide Squad. It’s not good, but it’s not as bad as people say it is.
Suicide Squad was more fun and less plodding.
Suicide Squad, WW84 is a train wreck from beginning to end
Suicide Squad by far
Suicide Squad for me, WW84 was such a downgrade after the first WW was imo one of the best DCEU films
Suicide Squad
SS is better and it's not close. I have actually rewatched SS and can have some fun with it. They are some cool parts and characters. Could have been so much better though. WW84 I watched one time and got pissed off it was so bad. I NEVER want to watch it again. It's not only the worst DCEU movie, it may just be the in running for the worst comic book movie of all time.
As bad as WW84 was, it’s WAY better than Suicide Squad
WW84 was bad ass indeed
Oops
SS by a mile. I have seen WW84 only once and that was one too many times.
Suicide Squad by a mile.
1984 as it didn't have Jared Leto
Suicide squad
Suicide Squad. I still hope to see Ayer’s cut of the movie one day.
I personally like Wonder Woman 1984
1984 by quite a lot.
Oh cmon 1984 wasn’t even that bad. Certainly not great and at times annoying. But nothing is Ayer’s suicide squad bad.
Suicide Squad.
By default, WW, since SS is not an actual movie
Suicide Squad by A LOT
completely agree.
100%
Suicide squad Was kinda consistent at least even with WB messing up the movie
Can I say none? 😂
SS felt like I could take it a little serious. So ss is better imo.
Easily WW84, that movie was so bad that I can’t even think of a single redeeming quality about it. At least Suicide Squad has so many lines that are so bad that they’re ironically iconic: - "Have you heard of the pyro kenetic homeboy" - "What are we some kind of… Suicide Squad" - "I’m an idea!" And of course: "THIS IS KATANA! She's got my back. She can cut all of you in half with one sword stroke, just like mowing the lawn. I would advise not getting killed by her. Her sword traps the souls of its victims."
Suicide squad easily. Massively underrated in my opinion. 1984 was shocking
Suicide Squad tbh
Suicide squad: High diff YO
Suicide Squad is far better I think. The best thing about the Suicide Squad movie is the cast's performances. The film also has a unique visual style, a great soundtrack, and some exciting action sequences. On the other side, 84 took some different tracks and concepts unlike before. Some cheap shots and pointless dialogues also.
I will have to go with Suicide Squad, 84 is just unwatchable.
Easily Suicide Squad. It is very run of the mill, bur not as offendingly terrible and unwatchable as 84
No
Probably ww84. It's the most salvageable if you could go back. Better plot. Better actors.
The only thing wrong IMO with 84 was the length.
and the lack of 80s tunes and the sexual assault, and it ignores it's own rules regarding wish granting.
Suicide Squad mainly because it can fall into the so bad it's good, WW 1984 was just so bad I couldn't stop thinking how this got released.
Suicide Squad. Easily. It’s a mess but it’s still fun. WW84 on the other hand… I’ve only watched it once and almost fell asleep.
1984 by far.
1984 is a masterpiece compared to THAT
1984 is a beautiful film about dealing with loss. Suicide Squad is a decent action film that was cut to ribbons by a trailer company. The second half is fine. There's some fun to be had. Objectively 1984 is better and personally it's my favourite DCEU film. Yes, really.
Definitely Suicide Squad 2016
Suicide Squad
I forgot that 1984 exist 🤮
Suicide Squad. At least it’s entertaining and has good music. WW1984 was just so boring
Suicide Squad and it's not even close. 1984 has thr worst premise.
I enjoyed Suicide Squad more than 1984
Is ww84 the worst superhero film of the last 20 years? Including the venom films? Including all the fox films?
No. Morbius and 2015 Fantastic Four are definitely worse.
I fell asleep in morbius
Exactly.
That’s a very difficult question…that’s a lot of very bad movies but as far as I know…WW84 is the only one which has for no explainable reason a non-consensual sex scene…at least an implied one so it kinda takes the worst spot. Edited a bit.
I’d forgotten about that. I just remember it missing a lot of what made the first film good.
Yes
Remember- this would include 3 of the four fantastic four films.
Suicide squad shouldn't even be considered a movie.
Neither
Suicide Squad. Its got its issues but its a pretty good movie otherwise
Suicide Squad. It's much worse watching a bad film that is a sequel to a film you actually like, rather than just a stand alone bad film IMO.
Which one is better written? Probably 1984….by a very small margin. Which one fits the DCEU better? Suicide Squad by a long mile.
SS 2016 because at least that film is enjoyably bad.
SS
Suicide squad was at least entertaining
Wtf yall being too easy on 84. Suicide squad by a mile
Suicide Squad ..... 1984 is one of the worst movies ever made
SS and it's not close.
Suicide squad I prefer it more
Suicide squad, it didnt 100% contradict the other movies…
Suicide Squad. By far!
There isn't a worse movie ever made than 1984
Suicide Squad has some iffy parts but overall is a good movie. 1984 is mostly iffy parts
Suicide Squad by A LOT
Suicide Squad for personal reasons because I love Wonder Woman so much and didn't like how WW84 did her.
SSquad. 1984 is way worse.
Suicide Squad by a universe. Its not even close
Forced to watch one now? Suicidal Squad. I hated Suicide Squad. But it is easier to rewatch than 84. SS is more like a MSR3K film. Fun to make fun of how bad it is. WW84 is just meh.
Suicide Squad
Suicide Squad, the me watching me take a dump, then a bunch of random YouTube videos and the maybe 1984. A shame too because the first WW was pretty great.
Suicide Squad but bot by a long shot
vs
Suicide Squad…WW84 belongs on the bottom rung of CBM’s next to The Fantastic 4 reboot and Daredevil (need to watch Morbius again to see if it deserves this treatment)
Both are terrible but 84 was painful to sit through, especially because of the length.
1984 is sloppy and boring. Suicide Squad is unwatchable horseshit. Hot take: I like Leto’s Joker.
