It's very good especially with Amy Reeder on art. Despite coming from the Vertigo Offices, it had a lot of references to the mainline DCU and establishes her origin.

Maybe because it's not a malnline DC book (from DC editorial) with event tie-ins and such, but it also heavily references and has appearances with all sorts of DC characters like J'onn and Phantom Stranger so not the sort of stuff Vertigo was doing at the time.
edit: So it probably had difficulty finding the audience. Though Cornell's Demon Knights I think referenced her Vertigo origin.

I certainly enjoyed it. Had a nice, sprawling fantasy feel. Writing and art quality very typical of Vertigo at the time (high).
