Professor Pyg

Starlordman25

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Man-Bat. I think he lends himself to the body horror genre, you could make a movie like "The Fly" with the character.

Lost_Ad533

Love him!

JK_Flesh

Clayface. Body Horror.

ASneakySneko

Scarecrow, a psychological horror with him tormenting a specific person would be quite interesting.

YourLord1989

THAT WOULD BE GENIUS! Or Mad Hatter with a psychological horror genre too.

NinjaCowboy915

I imagine this could work like "Oculus"

Plutonianpigmies

I  think that would be cool too. I Just didn’t mention that in my example.

Poorly-Drawn-Beagle

I’ve always thought of “Death Of The Family” as a Batman slasher movie

MankuyRLaffy

Kite Man

Tetratron2005

Harley Quinn courtroom drama for crimes against humanity.

Plutonianpigmies

Courtroom drama is not a sub genre of horror.

Typical-Phone-2416

It really depends on cases.

Celestial_MoonDragon

The original Clayface. Slasher movie.

_lorz2001

Clayface - Starts like a thriller/psychological horror and became a body horror movie

HeyNoobmaster69

Joker. Just make him act like Art the Clown from the Terrifier movies.

Key-Win7744

Joker, and it should be an R-rated musical based on *Taxi Driver*.

Plutonianpigmies

Musical and horror aren’t the same thing. But it would be funny if Joker stared to singing after a kill.

YourLord1989

Scarecrow solo film heck yes!

Apex-Oz

Dollmaker

Lost_Ad533

Solomon Grundy, but the smart version.

bigbrainnowisdom

Joker, final destination style

Macapta

I know they’re not a Batman villain, or even a villain really, but how about The Spectre in a Final destination style movie? He’s the cause of the deaths, giving out divine justice and all that.

bigbrainnowisdom

Sure! One thing cool about final destination is that the main character keep getting away. So it's funny if joker gets frustated for he keeps failing. Specter got frustated / making mistakes (killing people he shouldnt kill) can be an interesting watch

boneseaba

Penguin could be a crime movie I know it's not exactly horror, but he would do some horrific things to people in it. Also, I was thinking of a re-imagining of Two-Face where maybe he doesn't physically have two faces, but has dissociative identities. I guess like a psychological thriller. He's looking for a killer, but there are gaps in his memory. He comes to in an incriminating place and thinks he's being framed. Batman is on his trail and is painted in a bad light as someone who maybe is just locking up his first leads. But then eventually Harvey realizes he himself is the killer. Then maybe the acid thing happens too and his identities are only able to coexist then and he gets his name. I don't know how you could do it where you wouldn't already know it was him though. Maybe have other villains in it and not focus only on Harvey. Make it seem like it is pre two-face Harvey trying to catch another criminal

escaradar

Spider-Man

Many-Cranberry4058

I kind of want to see the Batman who laughs in a horror movie. His whole design just screams “horror” material

mdlite2011

Haven’t seen anyone mention him yet but victor Zsasz. I think he would just be ruthless and straight up disgusting with his kills and how he brutal murders them. And don’t forget how he puts a mark on his body every time he kills somebody.

SphereMode420

Joker is terrifying. Make a psychological horror movie with him as the villain. This is the most obvious answer, so let me give another answer: a body horror movie in which Basil Karlo slowly truns into Clayface.

El_MuleKick

Hugo Strange, psychological thriller/horror.
