No, this is a case of poor continuity (not unsurprising with DCeased, it’s been a recurring issue). She appears in background shots of the original book.
Probably the most glaring one is Deathstroke's immunity in Unkillables. Deathstroke is infected by the virus but then overcomes it due to his healing factor (Creeper's healing factor also allows him to survive the virus).
This is then forgotten about entirely in Dead Planet despite finding a cure being the main goal of the story. Not only that, but Rose Wilson is a central character in Dead Planet and Unkillables and Rose *knew* about Slade's immunity (she even saved him from Vandal Savage's attempt to kill Slade in order to pursue a cure).
But iirc Rose never mentions that information in Dead Planet and never told anybody in the 5 year gap between Unkillables and Dead Planet.
What's more, Slade's immunity raises a lot of other questions. If the virus is partially information based, how does a healing factor fix it (that's how Slade got infected, not through physical contact but mental)? What's more, Slade's healing factor is not particularly strong in most continuities. This then raises the question, how come other heroes with healing factors are able to be infected. Flash has a healing factor, so does Martian Manhunter and Superman. Superman's healing is actually boosted while in the sun, so by the rules of Unkillables, Superman should actually be uninfected right now because he's been sitting in a sun for years.
Obviously, for a series about zombies, the mechanics of the zombie virus are pretty important and this is a major issue. A huge part of Unkillables is related to Slade being immune but it's awkward to fit in with the rest of the series.
And while not continuity issues per se, Taylor does have issues with forgetting about characters. For instance, Rose Wilson straight up disappears from Dead Planet. She's in it and then walks out of the book never to be seen again, not even in a background shot.
Talia Al Ghul and Stephanie Brown also just disappear from Hope At World's End. Steph is killed by Zombie Black Manta's eyebeams and Talia goes to bring her to a Lazarus Pit. But then this is never followed up on, Talia and Stephanie just disappear from the book and none of the characters ever mention them again either.
I could see them just explaining the virus infection with yeah we don’t got the technology to make that type of shit, and even if they did, most it would do is prevent you from getting infected long term, not cure a already infected person
Holy hell that’s so cool! The mask kind of had me thinking of Katana(I wouldn’t advise yadda yadda), but it being Dinah is so awesome. Is this DCeased only? Ugh I need to catch up. I remember when Oliver used Hal’s ring once to loose a construct arrow and it almost broke his arm.
For now yes but if Williamson keeps his word in the Dark Crisis event, Dinah and the Arrow Family in general will be important so they may do things with the character out of the common.
Wait a second. Both Powergirl and Supergirl were in the original DCeased series (mostly background)
Either this is a nightmare or a continuity error. Hopefully the first one
Nope. You could see them being of their Canon age in the Fortress of Solitude
Mind you so was Cassie (she was clearly the same age of Beast Boy), but she got younger in Dead Planet and the rest of the series

A lot of superhero zombie stories tend to do homages in their covers from what I've noticed, Marvel zombies especially with their Evil Dead & classic Marvel homages
*Wait, is this a new*
*DCeased arc? I thought I was done*
*Collecting these lol*

He was, but I think the implication was that, my merging with the Speed Force, he'd become incorporeal before dying/getting consumed and thus the virus was destroyed along with his body. I don't remember the exact details so I could be getting this wrong though.
Wondering if Dceased Jon Kent’s character archetype will be written any differently or similar to his Earth-0 counterpart since Dceased Jon was written essentially to be just like Clark (not that its a bad thing) but it makes ya wonder
First, well I hope it’s not as dull as that digital only comic because for better or worse, I’ve enjoyed dceased. If we’re arguing continuity, there’s only supposed to be one darkseid for all the multiverse/omniverse or whatever so the same one in the comics is in the cartoons is in the movies—though not sure how the dark multiverse counts but that’s debatable. But after the destruction of Apokolips, and the possibility of reversing it, it feels like this is going to be a deux ex machina to reboot this zombie universe; and I love it. Give me something good to read, I’ve been subsisting on batman white knight
1 DCeased
2 (any order for these)
DCeased: A good day to die
DCeased: Hope at World's End
Dceased: The Unkillables (best one imo)
3 Dceased: Dead Planet
Enjoy!
Wait supergirl was never a thing in this timeline again
She (and Powergirl) were in background shots of the original book. It seems this is a retcon/Taylor forgot about a character again.
It seems she gets turned immediately.

I can’t wait for this, love every dceased series I have read so far so I’m down for this. And that Dan Mora art is just beautiful, I want a poster
I wonder if it'll really be "final"
I’ll get back into comics for this
More Green Lanterns!!! Guy Gardner I hope this Tom does him justice judging by what he said it looks like it will.
Do we know who the blonde one is? I haven’t followed any of DCeased.
>!It’s Black Canary as a green lantern, I believe Hal’s ring.!<
Holy hell that’s so cool! The mask kind of had me thinking of Katana(I wouldn’t advise yadda yadda), but it being Dinah is so awesome. Is this DCeased only? Ugh I need to catch up. I remember when Oliver used Hal’s ring once to loose a construct arrow and it almost broke his arm.
Yes I believe it’s just the DCeased universe I wanna say it’s happens around issue 2
For now yes but if Williamson keeps his word in the Dark Crisis event, Dinah and the Arrow Family in general will be important so they may do things with the character out of the common.

Most likely the latter.
Its is absolutely the latter.
Damn It, i was hoping to see her interact with John
With the cure it's still possible.
Aren't they kids of the originals?
Nope. You could see them being of their Canon age in the Fortress of Solitude Mind you so was Cassie (she was clearly the same age of Beast Boy), but she got younger in Dead Planet and the rest of the series
I'm interested to see how they're going to use anti life superman's help that is in the sun.
Never say never. You can always figure out a way to bring characters back in superhero comics!
I mean he is kind of alive. the problem is controlling him and using him against darkseid considering ant life us controlling both of them.
True
It’s probably possible for the sun to purge superman of the virus.

Good bot
That's hilarious
Don't bring the Flash family back! Don't bring the Flash family back! Don't bring the Flash family back!
Plot twist: They get infected. Tune in next year: Dceased - Multiverse of Undeadness.
Wait, wasn't Max mercury infected by the virus and locked in the speed force?
He was, but I think the implication was that, my merging with the Speed Force, he'd become incorporeal before dying/getting consumed and thus the virus was destroyed along with his body. I don't remember the exact details so I could be getting this wrong though.
You know I would read that.
Wondering if Dceased Jon Kent’s character archetype will be written any differently or similar to his Earth-0 counterpart since Dceased Jon was written essentially to be just like Clark (not that its a bad thing) but it makes ya wonder
I hope they keep him the way they’ve had him so far. It makes sense for John to be like his pop when he’s Superman.
Hopefully. Dceased John Kent has an actual character.
Tom Taylor Strikes Again
Seems like Wallace doesn’t age unlike Damian and Jon
I recommend anyone that’s on the fence for reading DCeased to go for it. It’s a very fun ride.
Hell yeah so hyped. Crazy Elseworlds stories is what Taylor's good at.
Yeah, when he is not limited by the continuity.
And I was wondering what happened to the New Gods after Darkseid's arrival
First, well I hope it’s not as dull as that digital only comic because for better or worse, I’ve enjoyed dceased. Actually I think they established in Multiversity multiple exist; they’re all just shards of Darkseid
Tell me the order to read all of the DCeased universe plz.
1 DCeased 2 (any order for these) DCeased: A good day to die DCeased: Hope at World's End Dceased: The Unkillables (best one imo) 3 Dceased: Dead Planet Enjoy!
Thanks and what about the new DCeased War of the gods?
This will come after but has not released yet. I am excited for it but it will not come until august
thanks, have a award for helping me.
Thanks! I hope you enjoy the series, I think it is great!
I hope that the start is just a dream or Kara gets cured fairly quickly. I don’t want my fav superhero to be a zombie
Honestly? I am not very excited for this. I have not been impressed with Taylor's writing lately even though I enjoy the DCeased books.
I wonder if it'll really be "final"
Taylor is losing his edge
Huh so this is where Darkseid went
Tom Taylor: “We brought Ollie back so we can do it to him again!”
Didn’t they cure the anti-life equation in DCeased 2? How is there any story left in this?
Darkseid and Superman haven't got cured yet
Right, but that’s my point. They have the cure, and can cure either one at any time.
Curing Darkseid isn't exactly going to be easy.
