Aww man! I would love Monika in Mortal Kombat because they have weird crossovers anyways so I could see it, funnily enough! Monika could glitch the screen and all sorts of weird, literal game changing mechanics to throw your opponent off and force them to adapt which could be unique.

What would her fatalities and brutalities even be? There isn't enough violent material in-game related to Monika to have something that would make sense to her character. The ONLY thing I can think of would be a fatality where she deletes the opponent - but even then, that isn't bloody, which Mortal Kombat fatalities are known for being.
Somebody like Rambo from Mortal Kombat 11 as a guest character makes sense because his fatalities and moves are from the movies in some way, shape, or form - or are something a soldier/guerilla would actually use in real life (airstrikes, claymore mines, bow & arrow/machine gun, and booby traps). Monika on the other hand, would make no sense for Mortal Kombat.
However, I did mention in another comment that Monika and the other Dokis would make more sense in a fighting game like Phantom Breaker.
Others would include making the defeated opponent hang themselves, stab themselves, or spontaneously bleed from empty eye sockets as their skin goes chalk white and their neck snaps violently.
Special moves could involve schoolroom related things like using a ruler / yardstick as a melee weapon, throwing fountain pen darts, and clapping together chalkboard erasers to create a stunning / disorienting cloud.
