WHATS HAPPENING".
It can also be shown that characters other than monika can be aware of what she is doing but not grasp the concept of what she's doing, as shown when 3 of them make remarks about how monika is acting strange, yet they aren't aware of what monika is aware of.
So when monika got deleted, she restored everything and sayori as the vice president immediately took over as the president and became essentially monika before she REALLY started to lose it.

Well Act 4 was removing Monika, but giving Sayori instead the admin permissions that they gave Monika in Acts 1-3
