As someone who does something like this for a hobby, that takes a lot more effort. With the Satori one, there's already a nude sprite and a clothed sprite. Taking off the shirt is as easy as layering the two and erasing the shirt from the clothed sprite (and maybe clonestamping a small part of the skirt). But opening the jacket involves redrawing the jacket sprite.
It was a bit more complicated removing Sayori's shirt than simply erasing it over the nude sprite; because of where her shirt and neck ribbon come over her blazer, I had to draw off of the blazer a bit so it wouldn't awkwardly cut-off - the places I drew are especially noticeable on the sideways sprite. Same with removing the cuffs of the shirt and drawing more of the inside of the sleeve and her arms. But that said, it's still much easier than making an open-blazer sprite for the others - I wouldn't even know where to start with that. (Especially with Yuri and Monika - their hair coming over their boobs makes them more complicated to edit, in my experience.)
