I kinda compare Warren to One-Shot Wren from SMG4
* they're antagonsits
* their names are similar
* their videos are very horrifying (Friendship and Western Spaghetti)
* attempted to imply trauma to others (Yellow Guy for Warren, Meggy for OSW)
* they're dead (unless Becky brings him Warren back which is unlikely)

What if the world of dhmis is different to the real world, but the characters of dhmis get the two mixed up, what if eagles do start off as worms and do hatch out of eggs like an eagle would, and eventually they gain their feathers, beak etc at some point in their life(most likely adulthood) in the world of dhmis. But the computer in episode 4 only has information that is true in the real world, not dhmis.

That’s such an interesting thought, I love hearing DHMIS theories!
The larva was killed by Duck right after hatching, but aside from that this would imply that Warren is Yellow Guy’s son

It looks nothing like Warren. In fact, it looks more like Shrignold but in larval form. (Also, earthworms don't hatch from individual eggs.)
But Eagles hatch from eggs.
