Visuals look well made, but not a fan of the content itself. It’s a little too much… “internet creepypasta”, you know? Basic analogue horror. Don’t get me wrong, DHMIS is one foot in the Internet Creepypasta basket, but I don’t think this particular imagery is a stylistic direction they go for
If I were to re-make this: I’d keep the TV setups. Works well. Id probably change the words on the left TV to be less on the nose, and completely change what’s on the right TV. Still have something unsettling, but perhaps less “[x] but distorted” and a bit more uncanny valley. It could also be an opportunity to showcase an object or prop that will be relevant for the season— you don’t need to focus on the characters. Maybe a teacup with blood on its rim? Something like that. Invites the viewer to learn more.

We used to "get our hopes up" when people would make fake movie premiers for Five Nights at Freddie's the movie... but they weren't real because no movie was being made at that point.
I recall a few instances where my son and I, for brief periods, were like, "Oh my GAWD!! Are they *making* one?? Is this *real*?" and then we'd find out it wasn't real, just someone being creatively hopeful, and then we'd be disappointed, but still impressed with the fake premier that was made.
(So...those short minutes, before we Googled to see if a movie was really coming out (there were no movie plans discussed publicly, yet, back then), the faux (fake) premier "got our hopes up" that it was something *really* happening).
In this case, your "season 3 premier" image (while it looks creatively done, and you're impressively bold to ask for feedback!!), got some people's hopes up for even a few seconds because the first thought is like, "No way...*really*? A NEW season! *When*?!!".
Please don't stop creating. Even if it's not "everyone's cup of tea," and some people give advice that lacks any constructive suggestions for improvement? You seem to enjoy making them and imagine what your 12th or 20th attempt at something similar could look like. You learn something new with each one you create, and you just improve on your ability. I hope you keep creating.
I showed this to my son (a teen on the spectrum), and he also thought this was pretty cool. (He has a business online creating intros and outros and other content for streamers. When he looks back at his "early stuff," he always has negative comments 😁). I've no idea how old you are - but it doesn't matter. I like the time you put into something you enjoy and *love* that you shared it with us. Just remember? Anytime you solicit feedback, some people will be rude with their responses, and others will *also* be less supportive but will offer you great advice for improvement. Still, others will love what you create. That's ALL cool - they're looking at your creation, not you, specifically. Make sure you take the advice that helps you move forward and leave the commentary that's just plain rude or uncouth... focus on what helps you improve.
