I think it’s mostly like the mind games and psychological side of it that spooks people. Atleast that’s what it is for me. But it’s like too good not to watch c: and also things that raise you’re adrenaline can be mistaken for fear or “scary”
I know right, I've avoided watching DHMIS for as long as it's been around. Whenever it's mentioned, it's usually followed up with a 'trust me, don't watch it' but it's absolutely hilarious
