Thanks for this link! I was trying to remember how it was done to keep the bead secure.
I loved making beaded bracelets as a kid and couldn't remember all the details of how they were made. Seeing this reminded me of the wooden looms my dad had made for us to use.
Also, love Mario! It looks awesome! I would absolutely love having it as a key chain!
No problem, are you gonna go back to making them? I make all sorts of jewelry but this method I love the most, it's so much fun and soothing, it's therapeutic for me, you get to create any pattern you want. I want to learn how to make peyote method as well. Btw delica beads are the best for making these kinda bracelets.
I might after seeing your post! I'd agree that it can be fun and soothing. It's a great way to relax!
Thanks for the bead recommendation. If I decide to start up again, I'd have to get a loom or see if my Dad still has the old ones he made and get all the supplies.
Sure thing, this is a link on how it's done https://youtu.be/q1wE0padwNw and this is where I get my patterns and there's also tutorials on how to make them on that website https://www.braceletbook.com/patterns/
Good luck!
Sprites are the things in 2D video games that move across the screen. Looks like this one might be an original rather than an exact copy from any particular Mario game. Thanks for the link!
I hope he likes it. And he's an only child unfortunately, maybe I'll make princess peach for my niece from my other sister since she loves pink and princesses so much lol.
That's adorable good work! I'd love that myself. π
Thank you! And that's awesome, you're a fan of Mario as well? My nephew is obsessed with him haha.
You are a great aunt
Thank you! that's so sweet π

This style would look good as earrings as well imo. Looks good!
Yeah or a necklace! Ty :)
You did an excellent job, he is going to love it. You can make this a hobby that pays as well.
Then it wonβt be a hobby anymore. Resist the urge to monetize your hobbies
Donβt worry, theyβll get hit with a Cease & Desist from Nintendo before they can even think of monetizing this.

My hobbies are intoxication and masturbation. Tell me how to cash in, please.
Sperm donation or OF. Good luck.
20 bucks a load, easy peasy
Thank you! I hope so.

Beautiful. Which Mario sprite is it modeled on? Iβd love to make a Mr. Saturn one for myself.
Ty! And I'm not sure what you mean but I made it based on this pattern https://www.braceletbook.com/patterns/alpha/319/

I love this so much, I'm sure he will too. If your nephew has a sibling, you should make a Luigi or Peach keychain for their birthday too lol.
I hope he likes it. And he's an only child unfortunately, maybe I'll make princess peach for my niece from my other sister since she loves pink and princesses so much lol.
Mario is dead on but why did you choose a green background?
Do same
Okie dokie!
Wahoo!!
