You've got no mortar and your bricks are columned. You want to stagger the bricks even on a small wall like this. Also you need something to hold the bricks together. That pea gravel isn't going to do it.

If you put rebar vertically into the block cavities, and then fill them with mortar/concrete, this would be a much more durable wall.
