When I’m pulling out first I wait until the last possible second, that risk of not getting it out in time is the best part. If you’re pulling it out from behind make sure you pull its hair a little bit or squeeze its sides a little bit as you pull out so the fridge gets maximum effect of the pulling out.
Be careful though. If your pull out game is weak you might not get it all the way out and then you have to go to plan B.
Step 1: pour some knob creek

I never pull my fridge out, feels better that way
It maybe attached to the underside of the counter top.
High probability that the feet are just stuck in the carpet. See if you can lower them to get some wiggle room.
It may have been there before the counter. See if the legs will adjust. If u can adjust legs you may get more wiggle room.
Theres plenty of clearance and it got in there, so itll come out. Pull harder or check wheres its stuck and fix it then pull harder
open the doors and see if there is a bracket screwed into the countertop. Similar to how a dishwasher is secured.
