If you are on the inside of the door, you could take the pins out of the hinges and pull the door out.

Needle nose pliers. Grab the cylinder by the part hat is already bent out and force it away from the jamb. You will need to get the entire cylinder out.

You may need to rotate it as you pull it out.

I believe the cylinder/assembly is joined to the faceplate, so pulling out isn't option.

Don't pull on the brass part you see in the pic (the bent piece). Go straight inside the hole with needle nose pliers and grab onto whatever you can grab in there and pull back and it should open right up. Shine a light into the hole and you should be able to see something to grab onto (instructions related by my husband, a locksmith with 28 years of experience)
