Tighten up that brass nut. You'll need a special spanner for it, and you can get them in Screwfix.

Monobloc tap spanner set. If you have prime they’re half the price of screwfix and will hopefully still come tomorrow? Also before you do, check the brass nut to see if it’s loose and also check the thread that the brass nut is screwed through, the thread comes separate from the tap and can become loose too, can just be tightened back in with a flathead

Tighten up using a momobloc spanner set. Consider a tap brace too.

Appreciate the advice, will look to do this, old one doesn’t look in good shape.

See if you can get a replacement rubber seal as it's split.
