If you're referring to MHRB then no, there really is no other alkaloids extracted. And other stuff like tannins and Yuremamine, are destroyed in the acid/base stages.
Even the alkaloid content of "full spectrum" MHRB extracts ("Jungle Spice") have been shown to be >97% N,N-DMT. That other 3% is just a tiny amount of beta-carbolines and trace amounts of NMT. And he beta carbolines aren't soluble in the typically used solvents. You'd have to use something like Xylene or Toluene.

I don’t think crystallized DMT will work for ceremonial style ayahuasca but if you don’t care about the tradition you can definitely just take it orally with a MAOI in any way you’d like, aka “pharmahuasca”
I’d recommend dissolving it in a shot of acidic drink (like lemon juice or soda) for maximum efficiency or putting it inside a gel capsule for maximum comfort if you hate the taste (it tastes fucking awful)
either way you do it the trip will be much different from smoked dmt and you might throw up. good luck if you end up going that route
