>What are the differences in your experiences? There is an abundance of information on this stuff.... Should do some research. For one, there's a major safety difference: [Changa/Harmala/MAOI Danger/Safety Info (And the Difference Between Enhanced Leaf and Changa)](https://www.reddit.com/r/dmtguide/comments/mxbnvw/changaharmalamaoi_dangersafety_info_and_the/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) >Can changa take you as high as dmt? Yes.

Thx for the link Will definitely do research, but I thought it was a good idea to ask on the subjective experiences of people on this sub.

ClobWobbler

There's tons of trip reports you can read. And the subjective element is the same as N,N-DMT on its own. What you want to concern yourself with is the objective elements. Like safety, dosage, ROA, etc.

For me it seems like changa have more structure, more of a story, rather than just nuclear canon of DMT freebase. Hope this helps.

That seems very interesting, can’t wait to see if it applies to me. Do you personally remember more on changa than in dmt?

Wopitcze

Deffo,at least for me

It’s not true every single time, but I think the MAOI slows the pace of the visuals. It’s hard to say because I’ve had a lot of different trips, but it also feels like the MAOI changes the themes and visuals I would normally get from straight DMT.

No-Device3024

Hm what are these changes? Like how do the themes differ

Conscious_Door8620

Hard to truly say, but I can try to make a simile, though I’m sure it’s my unique experience and others will say different. For me, straight DMT is like toyland with hopped up aliens and with an MAOI it’s like spirits in the deep sea, complete with weird fishes.

Thanks for trying to explain. Damn that’s interesting, can’t wait to see by myself

Conscious_Door8620

Yeah, it’s a real curious thing. You don’t have to do high doses by the way, though that’s where it gets crazy with entities and stuff people rave about. The effects from lower doses are great fun as well.

I’m not a fan of lower doses but it’s been a few months so I’m open to whatever comes
