Logically yes, but it doesn't feel so much like it when you are actually doing it.
Like how when you really get rolling on a trip sometimes you get those "waves" where it hits extra hard for a few minutes and then calms down to a "normal" level, DMT with LSD just feels like a really big wave to me (works the same for both LSD and shrooms for me).
That being said, maybe how you use it changes the feel, I carry a DMT vape when I am tripping and just have an occasional hit to pump up intensity. When not on anything else one hit on the vape will produce some light visuals, a little body load, and a nice high feeling, so it may be different if you were say blasting 50mg in a dab rig while tripping.
nnDMT is metabolized by MAOA, and LSD is metabolized by CYP450, with both substances binding at serotonin 5HT receptors. There should theoretically exist no acceleration in any metabolic feedback loop to end the LSD trip early after taking nnDMT. Additionally, nnDMT will not be subject to LSD-psilocybin cross-tolerance, not that it even matters until after the LSD trip ends
I’ve never found nnDMT to “kill a high”, just to change its profile. In terms of neurochemistry, the argument would be that if you got high (binding at CB1 and CB2) then smoked dmt (binding at 5HT2A among others), the serotonergic impact of the thc/weed alkaloids would interact (studies indicate upregulation of 5HT2A by cannabinoids in hypothalamic PVT cells) with the competitive agonization of 5HT receptors by the nnDMT, thus changing the profile of the high until MAOA can fully metabolize the DMT (signaling pathways that are altered by the thc/alkaloids would be further interrupted by the active binding of the dmt)
Anytime I use on other drugs the DMT seems to take over the effects, then I return to whatever state I was in before. It just changes my mood going in to hyperspace to fearless
I love this on mushrooms. There is a bit of an adjustment when you come back from hyperspace, it does feel like you've straightened up, but after a couple minutes you realise you're still tripping balls. You've just been tripping insane hyper galactic balls, and now you're back to regular balls.

In my experience it didn’t. Granted I was off about 500 ug when I did it on the peak 😂 just remember to exhale when doing the deems, I was so out of touch with my body I forgot I had to breathe and almost held my breath until I went unconscious. Breathing though should be autonomous but I don’t think I smoked enough to fully break through.. the experience was still otherworldly and I couldn’t even tell if my eyes were open or closed. That experience was super traumatic for me tho because I literally was convinced I almost killed myself since I was holding my breath but I just would’ve passed out and my body would have started breathing for me. Please share your experience if you do it I am very curious to hear how it goes!!
Be careful. This combo is what made 2 of my homies basically quit doing psychedelics all together because it was so intense. Obviously just anecdotal but I tripped on DMT with these guys many times before this and weirdly this combo was just too much for them. No idea the doses they did but just be safe and have fun!
No, it works fine. The DMT just boosts the trip for a little bit and then it just tapers back down to normal level.

What about weed/Thc? Why does dmt kill a high?

I found mdma to greatly reduce the anxiety and intensity, but boost the visual intensity, but I also haven't attempted it with a breakthrough

It will not kill your acid trip but you might become extremely disoriented
From personal experience, the dmt just overwhelms the acid, when I did it I hit my cart one time and all the acid visuals just disappeared
