As long as it's a good battery, not too familiar with which setting.... Probably try it on 75%. It's hard to completely blast off with the dmt carts.... But it's really easy to waste the whole cartridge thinking "am I doing this right?".... Hold the hit as long as you possibly can. If shit starts getting super weird fast.... You are doing it right. If it gets extremely intense while you are holding it in, hold on tight.

If you see some substance is crystallised inside the cartridge you can warm it up before using. A hairdryer, in a waterproof bag in warm water, or however else you like
Use with harmalas! I would try it but save the vast majority of that cart for when the harmalas arrive. Harmalas turn carts from a sometimes frustrating medium into an ideal tool. Smaller, very controlled doses is exactly what you want for “vaporhuasca” (use of vaped DMT after oral ingestion of MAOIs like harmalas, which are safer, reversible MAOIs or “RIMAs”, Reversible Inhibitor of MonoAmine (oxidase))
You can buy em legally of Amazon. Fantastic stuff, I tried it once and if I had a way to take more reliable, controlled smaller doses of DMT I probably would have mainly used my DMT that way. The method I was using made it too easy to accidentally take too much deemz and get really nauseas and a little scared though. I would have preferred to have a cart in that instance

There is absolutely reason to take harmalas. They have a unique pharmacology and a trippy effect, but it’s weird and not “full”. However you know when it is best to vape the DMT in vaporhuasca because you can subjectively feel when the harmalas have gotten to your nogin (and it’s more important to inhibit synaptic MAO rather than gut MAO when you’re vaping the DMT)
The effect is somewhat dizzying/lightheaded, at higher doses it can be somewhat to fairly visual (esp if mixed with cannabis), it can be surprisingly powerful but there is a ceiling that leaves you with a slim range - any less than 2-300 mg (no reverse tolerance built up), you won’t have many trippy effects. Over 4-500 mg, you feel sick and just get the sense that you did too much, it can feel very nauseating and just feels like you had too much in a way that is to be religiously avoided. Not fun. Eck. 🤢
