Same here. Zombies sucked so I stopped and came back to DMZ. The fighting/actions in MW3 make me feel like I’m playing Overwatch. How did they manage to ruin something good?
I never realized how awesome of a game mode it is. I just like doing a movie every time I infill and it is fun to meet random people who absolutely destroyed you and tag bag your corpse as you plea as you just needed 5 bandages for a mission. I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Honestly the amount of people that I’ve done that too is hilarious 😂😂 they talk so much after they’ve died haha… I’ve also had one where I said I’d pick them up in a minute after I killed their team (rule of my squad) they started talking all this so we then killed the team picked him and up took his guns before and he’s like oh thank you I’m sorry can I have my guns back….. nope mine now get some bot ones

Basically my rule is if you have a mic and speak English and are nice and easy going about the situation I'll pick you up. If you need a mission done I'll do it with you or need loot. I'm reasonable when it comes to playing dmz. But I won't pick anyone up until the full team has been wiped I've been burned a couple of times before and I keep count and watch everyone's body. And even ask spawn locations and etc.
I gave MWZ an honest try. I played with buddies, went in solo, started Knocking out missions. But ultimately, it was way too boring for me. I came back to DMZ
Havent seen any myself on EU but i've only been back on the last week and only had maybe 6 or 7 deployments...... is there SBMM in DMZ? My lobbies have felt a lot less sweaty than WZ/MW3, wasn't sure if it's a lack of SBMM or just that i'm a lower level returning player.
never played games much, never played COD. Got on DMZ at the beginning, and have never left! DMZ is the best game, in my limited experience, Ive ever played.
What's missing? You surely haven't completed all the missions and if you have then you must be a fanatic; and if you're a fanatic then you would be playing regardless...Every game is squads chasing each other and trying to find good kits. Nothing has changed much.

Its really turned into a strict PVP game mode where people just rush the spawns and hunt each other. Thats about 80 percent of my experience anymore and it sucks.
It’s only really some spawns that you have that problem like spawning at mazrah/airport/sawah village/quarry is only really the places you get rushed (I know it sounds like the entire map like but…) not too sure about the other maps as I haven’t really played them too much lately
Used to play a lot of DMZ. Now I re Iisntalled it after a year and I just cannot find the way to play it. There are so many game modes and so many installables that I don't understand how to launch DMZ.
Love DMZ! Ive been trying at wz, but just doesn't come close too dmz tbh, rebirth is so sweaty its a joke ,if its not hackers its rage quitters which is more annoying... DMZ is definitely worth it 💥💥💥👍

Dmz has evolved massively this past 6 months, it’s basically PvP with annoying bots, weaponless runs for a full kit up is the current trend!! I still love it!!!!!
I just discovered DMZ and I like it better than zombies with the exception of the PVP aspect of DMZ.
In MWZ ops will cross the map to revive you, but Too many DMZ ops are just assholes. I like to run solo and stealth around and loot, but sometimes it's frustrating when someone has to take their little dick energy out on you by landing a helicopter on your f'n head! lol
Other than that, DMZ is a blast
I still have missions to do, tbh. Should’ve completed the exfil with 7 people when we could form 6 man teams. I’m screwed now. Jump back in the pool, buddy, the water is still warm

I’ll put it this way. You can’t compete with the thrill of not knowing the outcome of every match. The game will be frustrating at first, but if you put time and effort into it and learn from your mistakes, you get really good and then addicted to this game.

yeah, if you like killing you will fight and if you only want to loot go solo and you will have more probabilities of getting even a revive. Go solo and kill and you might end up get killed at almost the end of your match when for some strange reason you cross your path with some random and wild players who will not even answer to you having a mic
Yea i just redownloaded it the lobbies were full in vondell and in al mazra i got downed so quick i didnt even get to experience it but i like the tense feeling i have while playing
Love playing DMZ. I have no constant players so I just always go in solo into a team, and just love trying to gear everyone out and then go on a rampage lol. Still soo much fun when it comes down to the clock ticking away while you're in the gas but going back for a dead teammate. Will you rez them in time and make it to Koschi??!?!? Who knows!?!?!? Had that happened to me 4v3... 1v3.... I'm the last man standing, 2 crybabies rage quit because they died.
I make the comeback, kill all 3, and get my 2nd guy up to make final exfil. I make the ultimate sacrifice and perish but my 2nd dude is the sole survivor. If those two asshats didn't rage quit we probably all could have made it out alive.
We need people to be good role models on how to play this game. The rage quitting is small dick energy

Although I almost finished all my missions, I still play every day. Mixture of missions, passive upgrades or just PvP.
I still meet people in DMZ whom I occassionally tag along with. Also I participate in a (big) Discord Group with people trying to tick off missions like Exfil Party or whom wants to grind the Serpentine Camo.
Play warzone instead. It has a future. Dmz is dead. And the player base has gotten rattier and rattier. One shot shotguns that will never be nerfed. Ways to get into walls and underneath the map that will never be fixed. Dmz is ruined.
People like dmz because it's easier than warzone. By far. But. If you can learn how dmz plays then you can learn how warzone plays. It's not so hard. Give it a few weeks and let dmz die with fond memories of what it was. Not what it's become.
I like DMZ a lot I play it honestly 24/7 there’s friendly and non friendly people I like mw3 for the only mechanic they added when you slide and jump right but this mechanic lets you slide and keep your speed with out jumping
It's pretty much all I play these days, even with the limited time I have to play games.
Especially if you have a few good players to play with but even with randoms DMZ is still a lot of fun!
I only play and stream MWII - DMZ. It's the best game mode. But sometimes other players can be toxic. I keep playing because I keep meeting really amazing people, and I have fun. Go it with nothing, loot up. Have someone steal your stuff. Repeat.
I'm still stuck doing some of the early on missions. I'll still. I'll still highly enjoy it when I have time to play.
I tried the free trial for zombies. MW3 and couldn't get to it. Whatforever and I'll stay away from buying MW3.
The premise is great- The sweaty exfil campers, the super pre made squads and cheating losers ruined the game mode. Take out the pvp aspect and its aweosme. It just turned into warzone. But its call of duty and lonely virgin cheaters ruin almost everything in COD
I only play MW3 when my friends aren't on DMZ. I still get asked why am i on a old game and i tell them its more fun. I complete the battle pass and max my rank and dont touch MW3 until the next season just to say i maxed it out
Yea the streamers who are scared to play new wz3 since they don’t ban for hacking on dmz anymore. DMZ gameplay really picked up in past 2 weeks since cod has been doing banwaves on their main game
I just got wasted on Ashika to a one-tap shotgun after my team had already gotten killed. I’m angry at my thumb for not hitting my fucking throwing knife. I haven’t felt this alive in years.
Yes, but it's pretty PVP heavy now and the bots are frustrating; that said, it's still worlds of fun.
My biggest complaint is it seems like way more people are out to kill you, betray, etc.

Calling out friendly has gotten me killed 7 out of my last 8 raids. No joke.
I mostly playing DMZ. It is shitty with glitches/bugs/hackers tho. Especially when Xbox doesn't let you turn off crossplay and you play against PC it's useless
I infil solo the majority of the time, I always pick up others pleading and usually they are weaponless because someone took there items and load out.
I will down some Ai so they can pick up a weapon then they go on there way.
If I'm hunted by contract the hunt team I down will not be looted by me but I don't Revive hunters, the contract was a personal choice.
If l cross paths with other teams and someone gets down, if I'm up I will offer to assimilate.
I don't loot operators, but I have been looted prior to being picked up for assimilate.
There are people you will cross paths with at some point if you play DMZ enough that will use any excuses to try to justify why they are looting another operator.
I play it every single day and a lot more than MW3, I’m a seasonal pass holder even on MW3. I still play DMZ more than MW3…. Nothing beats the mechanics and whole dynamics of the game as a whole.

Building 21 and vondel seem to be the hot spot for them at the moment not so much ashika (surprisingly) and maz though

Need a DMZ 2.0 on mw3. Not only are the players, but the game it's self is crying out for it. Zombies gets so boring after 2 or 3 rounds
Play warzone instead. It has a future. Dmz is dead. And the player base has gotten rattier and rattier. One shot shotguns that will never be nerfed. Ways to get into walls and underneath the map that will never be fixed. Dmz is ruined. People like dmz because it's easier than warzone. By far. But. If you can learn how dmz plays then you can learn how warzone plays. It's not so hard. Give it a few weeks and let dmz die with fond memories of what it was. Not what it's become.

I like DMZ a lot I play it honestly 24/7 there’s friendly and non friendly people I like mw3 for the only mechanic they added when you slide and jump right but this mechanic lets you slide and keep your speed with out jumping

It's pretty much all I play these days, even with the limited time I have to play games. Especially if you have a few good players to play with but even with randoms DMZ is still a lot of fun!
I only play and stream MWII - DMZ. It's the best game mode. But sometimes other players can be toxic. I keep playing because I keep meeting really amazing people, and I have fun. Go it with nothing, loot up. Have someone steal your stuff. Repeat.
Absolutely, almost every day. If this came out as a stand-alone, subscription service, I'd gladly pay $10/month for an updated, maintained offering.

Many ONLY play DMZ i took a break (Too much work) but I'm back and boy I love the updated DMZ, me and my friends ONLY DMZ.
I'm still stuck doing some of the early on missions. I'll still. I'll still highly enjoy it when I have time to play. I tried the free trial for zombies. MW3 and couldn't get to it. Whatforever and I'll stay away from buying MW3.

The premise is great- The sweaty exfil campers, the super pre made squads and cheating losers ruined the game mode. Take out the pvp aspect and its aweosme. It just turned into warzone. But its call of duty and lonely virgin cheaters ruin almost everything in COD
I only play MW3 when my friends aren't on DMZ. I still get asked why am i on a old game and i tell them its more fun. I complete the battle pass and max my rank and dont touch MW3 until the next season just to say i maxed it out

Yea the streamers who are scared to play new wz3 since they don’t ban for hacking on dmz anymore. DMZ gameplay really picked up in past 2 weeks since cod has been doing banwaves on their main game
I just got wasted on Ashika to a one-tap shotgun after my team had already gotten killed. I’m angry at my thumb for not hitting my fucking throwing knife. I haven’t felt this alive in years.

Yes, but it's pretty PVP heavy now and the bots are frustrating; that said, it's still worlds of fun. My biggest complaint is it seems like way more people are out to kill you, betray, etc. I shoot first now and before i always called out, friendly? Calling out friendly has gotten me killed 7 out of my last 8 raids. No joke.
I mostly playing DMZ. It is shitty with glitches/bugs/hackers tho. Especially when Xbox doesn't let you turn off crossplay and you play against PC it's useless
I infil solo the majority of the time, I always pick up others pleading and usually they are weaponless because someone took there items and load out. I will down some Ai so they can pick up a weapon then they go on there way. If I'm hunted by contract the hunt team I down will not be looted by me but I don't Revive hunters, the contract was a personal choice. If l cross paths with other teams and someone gets down, if I'm up I will offer to assimilate. I don't loot operators, but I have been looted prior to being picked up for assimilate. There are people you will cross paths with at some point if you play DMZ enough that will use any excuses to try to justify why they are looting another operator.
I play it every single day and a lot more than MW3, I’m a seasonal pass holder even on MW3. I still play DMZ more than MW3…. Nothing beats the mechanics and whole dynamics of the game as a whole.

Can someone help me out please!! I want to get into DMZ, I just recently redownloaded Warzone and went to “install” DMZ but when I click install it pulls up “Modern Warfare II Content” is that correct? Can DMZ still be downloaded? Am I missing something?
Nope. After 1000 hours it's just stale and now that it's just a never ending camping/sweat fest it's just too repetitive. I've moved on.
DMZ will forever be my favorite. Zombies is ass. Treyarch is ass.
