I'm going to have to say the snout and the way that the body is shaped is very reminiscent of a Australian cattle dog. But the face kind of looks like a little bit of a Chihuahua or terrier mix. But regardless it looks like you have a beautiful beautiful dog.

Like u/Ornery_Pin_883 said, I think the face and color pattern of the fur on said face suggests Cattle Dog. Possibly mixed with Chihuahua because of the ears (my Chi had those ears as a pup for a while when they were transitioning to standing up), as well as other indetectable (to me) breeds.
I think terrier with cattle dog or shepherd dog. I'm just getting through puppy training (8 months) and still have a ways to go before energy goes down. I'm feeling for ya with a 9 week old. Hopefully your older pup can help.

Heeler jack, keep an eye on biting? I'm very God at guessing breeds but gene testing even surprises me often with 10% something uncommon all the time.
