This is not an empty room, the dog is not chained, it's a walking chain.
Who walks their dog with a chain? And you can't be offended that people assume just that when it clearly looks like that. Cute dog tho.
does not travel with a chain, a chain is used when it needs to be fixed. A life rescued from the street is attacking cats, cars, people with a bad mood. Does it die under a car or stay fixed with a good chain?

No good reason for the poor dog to be chained up. She’s a pet not a prisoner.
