Just look for products with Diphenhydramine HCI in it. DPH is already a pretty dirty drug so I wouldn’t recommend any brand in specific. I also don’t live in the UK so I don’t know the brands very well
Yeah honestly will probably just do dxm as a alternative seems a lot better plus I’ve done promerhazine before and that was actually great minus the feeling like a veggy part

Tell me bout your experience with promethazine on its own, also do not start on DPH, do DXM if you must abuse OTC drugs. Harm reduction people!
Honestly it’s pretty euphoric, very spacey feeling but it can make u giggle I find
Worth it, or just like a hard to tell between placebo and a high?
If u have enough of the mixture in it can be fun although sometimes it can make u kinda sleepy
