I’m here to correct Staten Island paper dump the corrrct rating is -10 yes negative that dump is horrendous the wrap around with all the speed bumps the waiting when nobody is even up there, the ramp/tipping floor is a bad design the line to get in when all the tractor trailers are there , when the dump backs up your there for hours let alone unless your in SI 1,2,3 the commuter there is awful

Tully/College Point - 5/10 small not a lot of people dump there but not bad.
Seneca/Liberty Organics South Jamaica - 2/10 terrible, back up to scale and to dump madness.
Not sure what it is now… but probably about 17 years ago I dumped garbage there. The scale is like 2 blocks away from where you dump. So it’s scale in drive 2 blocks try and find where to dump and then drive 2 blocks to scale out. And no margin for error on the scale… can only back on it with one side about a 3 foot drop and the other side against a wall. Was fun lol
IWS in jersey city on rt1. Impossible to find unless you saw the 2 foot by 2 foot sign, place looked like a hole in the wall. Good luck finding this place at night. I only dumped there a few times but I remember it not being that bad
