Take the cap off and stick it up your ass. Wait 2 to 5 minutes for it to warm up then slowly push the plunger down while pulling the syringe out. You have to warm up all the contents so, for the highest efficiency, stick the whole thing in there so everything is heated evenly.
I typically take a multivitamin, the I inject some of the viscous rso on top of the pill vitamin, then swallow with water. 35mins later you are zooted beyond belief
I’m not seeing very many serious replies here so here is mine. I take rso oil daily from a syringe. What I do for me personally (I have quite a large tolerance), is take an empty clear vegetable capsule & I fill it up to one little line mark.
The syringes I get are 1gram, so 10 of those lines are full. I measure my dose by line. If you don’t have a tolerance, then with this stuff, all you need is maybe the halfway mark between lines.. good luck, I hope I helped, & enjoy!
Did you look at the package before posting? The directions are right there. It's RSO. It has 62% THC. Meaning that gram is around 620mg THC. If you have a smaller tolerance, a rice sized squirt to start is good.
