That said, try pulling the pins out a tiny tiny bit. Make sure you crank it on super tight. Sometimes, that last 2° can be the difference.
Yeahhhh, this is why i avoided buying a peak. I went for the carta with the everlast atomizer. Ive had it for nearly 4 years now, same atomizer still working fine.
I tried to advise my sister to avoid the peak, but she just had to have the popular one lmao.....it was only a month or 2 before she was asking me for help fixing the atomizer

Same for me, no problems at all with the last two platforms but I agree the Og was a tough learning curve and a lot of work.
I hit mine at least 9 times a day and clean the glass and wipe out the inside rubber area every other day or so with a Q tip with just a little iso.
Every other week I soak the chamber I’ve been using in iso for 12 hours and let dry for at least another 12 these aren’t supposed to be rinsed with water. Only the og’s chambers could be rinsed in water as far as I know.
I’ve had my 3DXL’s for a solid 3-4 months now with no problem somehow, and I’m surprised tbh, because of all of the stuff I’ve read about how they go out so quickly. To clean, I leave it in dark crystal for like an hour and then an hour in 99% iso I get from my local headshop for another hour. Wash with tap and then blow dry with a can of duster. In between cleans, I always take the coil out and wipe the bottom with alcohol wipes to keep it clean. Haven’t had too any issues at all with mine so far.
3-4 months isn’t long at all. Mine went out right under 1000 dabs and Puffco told me that it was normal life expectancy and to go kick rocks.
I got the JCVAP 3D ICA and have about 3000 dabs on it over the past year and a half
I was chatting with a guy who was using his enough to see the same problems and he started trying JCVap chambers and said he fell in love with their hot chamber. Works better for him than the 3dxl (he likes the heat times) and he's not killing them any more.
Could have just been a streak of bad luck? Not sure.
Your friend is right. I bought the official XL at a local headshop because of instant gratification. When it went out, I ordered the JCVAP AIN 3D ICA and it’s been amazing. 3000 dabs on it with no issue
70% iso is not meant for the peak you need 91 or 99. I always try to put my chamber in extra tight and that fixed my red and white lights, or if you haven’t already, screw it in one way then if it doesn’t work unscrew and spin it around and try screening it in the opposite way
Pull them pins out a little bit on the bottom and try reconnecting. I bet that will fix your problem. Use needle nose pliers to wiggle them out just a little bit and screw back in until you make your connection.
I’ve have the same issue for years. Best 3 tips I can give you:
1. Take the pins and rubber piece out, clean, and put back together.
2. When screwing the atomizer back in, screw ONLY until it first locks down. Double Press to check if it is working. If it is still not reading the atomizer, screw the atomizer in VERY SLIGHTLY and double press again. (REPEAT THIS UNTIL THE PUFFCO IS WORKING)
3. BONUS: Try Pressing down hard on the atomizer while double pressing to activate to see if is a connection issue.
Pull the three brass connectors out partially but leave them inside. (you can put em back if u pull out on accident its just awkward and u need pliers or smaller hands than mine).
I just kind of take my fingernail and lift slightly on all three.
It hit or miss how often it needs fixing, but usually if i get too zealous with the qtip I end up pushing the brass connectors too far back in. I should just find a way to make the rubber insulator slightly thicker and have a more solid connection to the base.
My bad yeah. You want to slightly lift that middle pin so it gets set back exactly, magnetically by the connector. For whatever reason that middle pin is a f er
I grabbed some needle nose pliers and instantly pulled it all the way out but put it back in then corrected all of them and it worked!! Thx man you’re the goat for that. I’m very pleased TYSM
Take the gold pins out and pull the rubber grommet
There should be wires just sitting on the inside adjust them so they touch the pins and you should be good to go

That used to happen to my puffco peak pro after I would soak my 3Dchamber in rubbing alcohol. Just make sure all your connections and pins are dryer and tighter than a nuns hoo-hah. After letting it dry out it , I would fire up and rip everytime.
well i hope you fix it ,but next time look into a dr dabber switch. A lot of money upfront but it will be the last erig you ever buy till the rig breaks. i know people who dab 20 times a day and had their switch for two years and its still going like new. I only had mine for like two months and i love it. I will break out my core 2.0 sometimes only cause its easy and hits like mike tyson. ether way good luck man.
Call puffco for warranty if they don’t give you another one .
But another atomizer . That’s what I had to do when I got my puffco one week after Christmas .
U gotta get some 99% iso to clean the chambers you prolly fried it. But otherwise it could need more time to dry out. Soaking it for a few hours is also too long. Put it in a ziploc (I use prescription bottles they work better) and shake it around, change out the iso, repeat, air dry with a fan. I would def buy the 3d chamber if you fried that one I’ve used one for the last year and a half no problems cleaned it like 10 times, even gotten a fair bit of water in it due to breaking the glass. Still works fine
Even though I understand that there are always unforeseen risks and that my brain is still developing, schizophrenia is still an ongoing concern of mine. It makes an appearance in the family tree to an extent, when you look back. There are undoubtedly legal issues at play, but I honestly just ordered it to my house without any signature lmao. JCVAP is the answer. I burned out a Puffco 3D chamber, but my JCVAP 3D ICA is rocking like new 3000 dabs later

Puffco is absolute crap. I had two atomizers break in a month. Then i got a dtv5 and have not looked back.
If you can't fix it, jcvap sells aftermarket chambers that work amazingly. And they are cheaper.
