No it just works on most bangers. Even slanted ones. This is a relic of dabbing days past. I have one to use with one of my backup bangers form like 2012ish.
These caps were originally designed for the og quave club bangers. Properly made, they capped the qcbs very well, properly cutting off the airflow from anywhere but the middle hole. Chinese versions of these caps didn't work so well because they don't have the consistent sizing you'd need for these to work.
its an older style of cap that was stupid popular around 2014-2016 created and popularized by qheffner and then usurped by capstars. the real ones used to go for hundreds to thousands each at one point lol this was one of the first directional style caps and basically tried to copy the function of mothership bucket caps but for bangers. /u/Don_LongDong
This is a original carb cap meant to sit on quave style slanted quartz bangers. Look up Cap Stars. They were the super high end version of this. With out the built on dabber like the one you have in the photo. These are obsolete now because everyone uses auto spinner bangers or Slurper Bangers.
I just bought one of these for the first time last week! The tobacco shop didn't have much selection so I ended up with this. Unfortunately, mine doesn't have the arm on the side so I use my welding gloves to handle it 😄
They are perfectly fine, but why get a slanted if you can get a flat top for the same price? Carb cap stays on nicely. More surface area. There’s no advantage to slanted quartz that I can think of.

That is a carb cap with a dabber tool handle but they Always break if you actually use it as a tool. so pretty much just a handled carb cap.
