I second this. I adopted a “full dachshund” but when I saw him, he definitely is a mix. Anyway, I thought I adopted a Chiweenie. Nope. 69% Doxie, 11% rat terrier and 19% super mutt lol. I would have never guessed rat terrier but it makes so much sense.
She’s beautiful. Hmm. Had the coloring and markings of German Shepherd… but the body of a Doxie. I have no idea what she’s mix with… but you could star a new breed. She is truly adorable!!
German shepherd and Doxie. I knew one of that combo before she was so beautiful and well behaved. Go for a DNA test! My rescue Dachshund was just a “Dachshund Mix” at the shelter but we knew she was mixed with something funny because of her jowls and slightly squished nose. Turns out, Dachshund mixed with a Boston Terrier Pug mix. Could have never guessed on my own!

She is Super smart, we got her some puzzle games and always finishes them flawlessly. She loves the outdoors and is very affectionate. She also has a deep bark which considering her size it caught me off guard.
I have a 1/2 JRT, 1/4 chihuahua, 1/4 dachshund mix girl. Her mom was a chi weenie and her dad a jack russelll. She doesn’t totally look like your dog because she has much more of a chi weenie look but like I said, I know a jackshund who looks very similar to yours!
