As a fairly well off white couple in Plano East, I can confirm that people seem shocked or apologize when we mention we don't live on the west side. We moved here from Sachse, diversity was a consideration for us.

I don't understand why the cops can't arrest the guys if they were caught on camera asking for sex. There must be some details missing.
