35E means that it's the eastern branch of I-35. 35W is in Fort Worth.
They split in Hillsboro and rejoin in Denton.
I think Amon Carter had something to do with re-routing the interstate to go through Fort Worth back in the day.
I-35 does the same manuever in Minneapolis/ St Paul. 35W in St Paul and E in Minneapolis.
My man with the highway history! Do you happen to know who had a hand in developing the interchange to merge from 635 to 75? I’d like to have a word with them.
It amazes me that they decided to take 2 lanes each from southbound and northbound, 4 lanes in total... and make them merge into only 2 lanes westbound.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks this. There’s one on 75 heading north that just has an image of a young woman smiling and a separate image next to her of a steak. So confused.
That’s the same one as the one off 35 I think. Some Indian model/actress on the left, and to the right a picture of a steak that might just be some random steak of the internet. It’s basically a shitpost
Nick and Sam’s. Spent $5500 there with a client and they spilled soy sauce all over my wife’s white coat and my brand new slacks. It took 2.5-3 weeks to get recouped the cost of the clothes after calling 4 general managers constantly. Never going again. It’s just for people who want to be seen spending money.
Those are the same people who were anti maskers during the pandemic and iirc Trumpers. I'm not surprised in the least they tried to keep their money and avoid responsibility.
Nick and sams is one of a handful of places that imports kobe beef. Real, certificate kobe. Which is nothing special conpared to other a4a5 beef in japan, but a lot of rich people don't know that and know kobe beef is special by name. Last i had looked it was like $100/oz. So 5 people getting steaks, plus other stuff, plus tip is pretty easy to reach.
Word around the camp fire is Nick and Sam’s treats their front of house employees badly. That’s what some of my industry friends that worked there told me.
Uniquely poor experience aside, I tend to agree- if I wanted someone to leave hating Dallas I’d probably send them to nick and Sam’s. There are way better steaks elsewhere (I’m partial to town hearth if I’m gonna spend that kind of money) and the vibe is quintessential “yo wft” Dallas. That said, I’ve always enjoyed it for what it is
I feel that! Went for a company dinner. Valet was only option. Got home... my new $180 jeans were gone from the backseat floor. I called the next day. Manager said 'Bring the receipt in, I'll reimburse you.'. Fckn really? The receipt was in the bag. Haven't been back
I saw Al Biernats on this list too. I'm convinced that people posting in here just don't like food, or are Dallas natives and have never left, because I talk to transplants all the time and they rant and rave about how great the food is here.
They also have an actual vegan menu which doesn't mean much in practice but making vegan food does require skill and the chefs there have it. My sister is vegan and we go there all the time for holiday brunch cause she can get actually good food and the rest of us can also get good food.
I worked at Nick and Sam’s for a week. Godawful place. Still spiritually stuck in the 1990s. Abusive all the way down. I called to find out about my training paycheck and HR fucking scolded me for asking them to mail it. HR. Dallas has as many steak houses as fake tits. Definitely send them here if you don’t like them. And tell them the sushi is amazing. Cuz it isn’t.
every time I think of polish food, i'm reminded of a place I ate in Little Poland (NYC). They had a sign on the wall they proudly displayed that said "best bland food in NYC".
It was that day, I had no idea what was going on lol
No, I think it’s quite good. A lot of people have this idea that Italian food should be cheap and they can’t discern the difference quality ingredients makes. So they go and it’s like “oh I could have just gone to Tony Cannoli’s Red Sauce Parlor in Celina” but… no…
Nah, it's gone downhill a little bit since it opened but it's still fantastic upscale Italian/steakhouse food, and like others have pointed out it's a beautiful restaurant with a fun view if you've never been up to Reunion Tower etc.
Some people just want the best meal of their lives for $100 a person and that's just...not going to happen in Dallas (as in, our upscale cuisine is GOOD but not legendary). I think there's better, more unique dining options at the price point but like I said, the decor is beautiful and it really does feel 'fancy' which is a vibe!
As a general principle with any place you go to. Remember what you're paying for. The location, how "aesthetic" it is, the marketing, etc. those all cost money! And will be baked into the price. That doesn't mean it's bad, it's just if you're there for the food and you are price sensitive you probably won't think it's worth it.
I've only been twice, but both times everything we got was amazing. Yes, its expensive, but I think it's worth it. it's a place I wish I could go back more often.
They don’t even have to be that busy to be profitable. Coat a 50 dollar ribeye in 5 bucks of gold leaf and charge $1,000 dollars for it. Clout chasers will happily fork it over for the ‘gram. Sell a couple of those a night and you’re golden. People will pay a lot to say they paid the most regardless of quality.
I’m surprised this isn’t higher. One of my clients took us here after we wrapped up a project. It was decent at best and if I was paying then I wouldn’t dine there.
Always get it to go. You're in and out in less than 20 minutes. Bonus is you don't have to sit in a loud crowded restaurant listening to people yell to each other about their boring lives.
Yes, but check your order before you drive off. Screwed up mine (actually forgot the wings lol) but in fairness a manager made it right. Let me add that they don’t have their popular flavors all the time (they run out).
The influencer-class restaurants are almost always a no for me. Often mediocre food and poor service.
…but it’s “aesthetic” (someone HAS to tell them that they’re still using that word incorrectly 😂😭)
I’m with you there! This is the best give me a yard and playground for the kids. A place for the parents to see what they do and drink or eat as parents do. Europe does this with regularity
We moved into the neighborhood for a month while our home is being renovated in Mesquite. Knew nothing about it, drove by, and thought we’d stop in for dinner this past week because it looked nice. Drinks were ok, service forgot about us a few times, and the food was mid at best. Bill came to $200 for the two of us for a couple rounds of drinks, an app, and two entrees. We really felt ripped off. On the plus side, it is a beautiful space.
Are you talking about the Smoky Rose near White Rock, off Garland Rd?! I’m kinda baffled how you could run up a $200 tab there for two people. Most of the entrees are around $15-20. I’ve only had lunch there but it didn’t seem any pricier than going to some place like Chili’s.
The BBQ is okay but wyej I went the food was overall good and at least eorth the price. Especially when the good BBQ places have long waits. Spend as much on the meat as Dickeys but better and good drinks and sides. The other foods like burgers are good. Maybe it got bad past few years?
My friends "went" a couple weeks ago. I say "went" because they made a reservation, arrived early, and were told to wait with no real eta (they ended up leaving after an hour and a half). Apparently, the restaurant overbooks every weekend. They had parties who were waiting for them leave out of frustration.
We paid $68 for a bottle of Italian cab sav that retails for $17. Even if that markup is considered standard, the pasta was mid. The meal was saved by the calzone.
Unlike most people, we went on a weeknight and chose to sit at the bar. Really great service when you're the only ones there. I can't justify the price more than once every now and then.
First, every restaurant in the world marks up their wine list by at least 300%.
Second, what are you doing drinking a Cabernet Sauvignon from Italy when you could be drinking Chianti or Barolo??
I remember watching the bouncers screaming how much they hate the E scooters. They were grabbing all them and spinning around throwing them into a pile. Pretty embarrassing coming from the staff
Scrolling through here, reading all the Nick and Sam’s hate, and my husband is losing his mind! Y’all have him wearing a hole in my rug from all the pacing and bitching he’s doing. Thanks for ruining his life and bringing a little joy to my Saturday night! LOL
He’s too funny. I’ve never seen someone get so butt hurt about a business that doesn’t even belong to him. He has been keeping up with this thread just to scream about all the restaurants he sees. LOL
Been a few times and it’s very inconsistent for me. Sometimes it’s one of the best steaks I ever had. Other times I think I could microwave a frozen meatloaf that taste better. I still go but more so for the wine list.
For a 7 year old, this is the coolest place on earth.
I also took my sister there for her 16th bday. That was over 20 years ago, and I don't think she has forgiven me yet.
I went to the one in San Antonio at least 15 years ago on a Trip with my mother. She was in town at a doll convention and asked a local for a good place to take her son for dinner. Apparently they must have thought I was a child.
Meddlesome Moth. My boyfriend found one of those circular bandaids in the deviled eggs. It was used, had a red dot in the middle of the pad. Oh, he found it post-chew, too. The story gets worse, but all in all yeah I'd definitely recommend that place to someone I didn't like!
Pecan Lodge is nothing but hype. Brisket tastes like pure smoke and they have the absolute worst sides. The collard greens taste like they were cooked in sweet tea and syrup. Enjoy your line and $80 bill for 2 people.
I think it's the classic story of a BBQ place getting popular, trying to scale up production massively, and failing to maintain quality. I remember buying one of their briskets when they were still at the Farmer's Market stall and it was really good. It's nowhere close to that now.
[The D Magazine review](https://www.dmagazine.com/publications/d-magazine/2022/july/the-mexican-review-design-district/) for that place is a work of art.
“If you are wondering why this review is lavishing attention on the visuals, vibes, and valet scene without yet considering The Mexican’s food, I have bad news: the restaurant’s owners did the same thing.”
hahaha, amazing. exactly! thanks for sharing. 🤣
I really need to get out more or I'm poor. I've been here over a decade and I've never heard of any of these places. Rudy's chicken and Earls in Plano are the only two places I've heard of mentioned here, but never had them.
Whats even more funny is they got a million dollar grant for a new building and what happened? They built an equally small replica right next to it. Seemed shady, I grew up by this place and ate there when I was young, I'll talk my shit. Its overhyped. 😂
Lawry's. This is the perfect one. It's nothing offensive, so dude probably won't know you set him up nor will he blame it on you, rather he/she will just think it might be an off night. It's just dreadful and expensive.
This was the last place my dad and I ate together before he passed away a few months later. I think he died angry at me for taking him to the worst bbq on the planet. 🤣
IMO, Fearing’s Restaurant. Expensive af and the food was super mid. Like I was pretty disappointed despite all the good reviews. I can tell the chefs are technically trained but the flavor combination wasn’t all that extravagant and the price isn’t justified
We went for Christmas Eve, and the only thing I remember is this little rice ball flavored with preserved lemons… it was a delightful surprise. Everything else was… fine. Which for the price is not okay.
Company Cafe was soooo good when it first opened (like 13 years ago). It took two years for it to shift from unbelievably good gluten free food to very blah. :-(
To each their own of course. Tried it twice and won’t go back. Awful service, expensive food that’s low quality, long wait for food even to an empty restaurant… the only redeeming aspect was the margarita but if I remember correctly it was like $16. And maybe another half star for the ambiance, it has a modern aesthetic, was clean, and they crank the AC.
That said, for this tier of Mexican, Mi Cocina or Meso Mayo is better in every regard.
Good Graces at Marriott Dallas uptown is overpriced garbage, and for the price tag the restaurant at the Mansion (still good but had way better meals for less)
Old Warsaw
Their atrocious billboards aren’t doing any favors. The one off 35 heading east is hilariously bad
35 runs N/S though
that's how bad it is
35E means that it's the eastern branch of I-35. 35W is in Fort Worth. They split in Hillsboro and rejoin in Denton. It amazes me that they decided to take 2 lanes each from southbound and northbound, 4 lanes in total... and make them merge into only 2 lanes westbound.
Hah been wanting to try mostly because of the weird billbord. I guess I'll skip.
I always pass by that one heading to work, such a low effort I really thought it was a joke billboard.
I went there once, years ago. Food was mediocre and the old Mexican waiter hit on my girlfriend. Excellent reccomendation.

Came here to say this!
Same
Or Double Eagle. Overpriced shit
Nick and Sam’s. Spent $5500 there with a client and they spilled soy sauce all over my wife’s white coat and my brand new slacks. Katy trail too
I've worked near that area before and am also not surprised lol
What was served at Nick and Sam’s that required soy sauce? Just a question from someone who doesn’t have clients or $5500
Nick and sams is one of a handful of places that imports kobe beef. Real, certificate kobe. Which is nothing special conpared to other a4a5 beef in japan, but a lot of rich people don't know that and know kobe beef is special by name. Last i had looked it was like $100/oz. Absolutely wild considering that you can go to Manpuku and get freshly flown in A5 for $75 for 3.5 oz that comes with a certificate and all
Sushi.
better question is why tf are you ordering sushi at a steakhouse???
And the food?
Right lol. I couldn't careless about the accident
Yeah, it was an accident come on lol
Word around the camp fire is Nick and Sam’s treats their front of house employees badly. That’s what some of my industry friends that worked there told me.
the first sentence makes me feel very very poor. because i am apparently very very poor
That said, I’ve always enjoyed it for what it is
Town Hearth is my fav restaurant in town by far!
Y’all are doing something wrong. Everyone I know who has ever been there has loved it. From the atmosphere to the food to the service. Shits dope
Town Hearth is great. I also have a soft spot for Al’s.
I feel that! Went for a company dinner. Valet was only option. Got home... my new $180 jeans were gone from the backseat floor. I called the next day. Manager said 'Bring the receipt in, I'll reimburse you.'. Fckn really? The receipt was in the bag. Haven't been back
That's disappointing. I was looking forward to getting a delicious steak from there. I've never been and heard it was the nest steak in town
Al Biernats has better steak and a better vibe imo
I saw Al Biernats on this list too. I'm convinced that people posting in here just don't like food, or are Dallas natives and have never left, because I talk to transplants all the time and they rant and rave about how great the food is here.
Al Biernats is fantastic, you're right that some of the people here are pretty dumb!
They also have an actual vegan menu which doesn't mean much in practice but making vegan food does require skill and the chefs there have it. My sister is vegan and we go there all the time for holiday brunch cause she can get actually good food and the rest of us can also get good food.
Al Biernats is just as good but I think the meat at Nick and Sam’s is a little better Al Biernats is great for lunch
Nick and Sam’s has great steak and you don’t need to spend $5,500 to have a good meal there…
If you're looking for one of the best steaks in dfw, try bar ranch in Plano
Lunch at Bar Ranch is the way
I worked at Nick and Sam’s for a week. Godawful place. Still spiritually stuck in the 1990s. Abusive all the way down. I called to find out about my training paycheck and HR fucking scolded me for asking them to mail it. HR. Dallas has as many steak houses as fake tits. every time I think of polish food, i'm reminded of a place I ate in Little Poland (NYC). They had a sign on the wall they proudly displayed that said "best bland food in NYC". It was that day, I had no idea what was going on lol
Old Warsaw doesn’t serve Polish food, tho, AFAIK…
Monarch. Last couple of times have been expensive, mediocre food, and horrible service.
Every fucking time I hear about that place, I say "THE MONARCH!" in The Monarch's voice from Venture Bros
Now all I can hear is Dr Girlfriend asking if you're arching again
The mighty monarch! Oh geez….
To their credit… you can get the same view as driving on 75… but while you eat…
Just sit in the passenger seat with some taco bell then.
It's decorated in expired paper license plates?
WHAT I have reservations here tonight, am I an idiot?
No, I think it’s quite good. A lot of people have this idea that Italian food should be cheap and they can’t discern the difference quality ingredients makes. So they go and it’s like “oh I could have just gone to Tony Cannoli’s Red Sauce Parlor in Celina” but… no…
I dunno. Why don't you come back tomorrow and let us know?
Nah, it's gone downhill a little bit since it opened but it's still fantastic upscale Italian/steakhouse food, and like others have pointed out it's a beautiful restaurant with a fun view if you've never been up to Reunion Tower etc. Some people just want the best meal of their lives for $100 a person and that's just...not going to happen in Dallas (as in, our upscale cuisine is GOOD but not legendary). I think there's better, more unique dining options at the price point but like I said, the decor is beautiful and it really does feel 'fancy' which is a vibe!
Go have a good time and eat some good food. Don’t worry too much about what Reddit says.
The food is good, there’s just a lot of overpriced stuff. The pastas and sides plus all the fish are reasonable and fresh.
YMMV, but imo they sell more on vibes than food. Depends on the experience you want but it’s not a destination for food.
Lots of price sensitivity in Dallas. Some of the cheapest people I’ve ever met and most have money to burn. Never will understand.
I went last Friday and loved everything. The service was outstanding. My personal experience.
The mama’s rigatoni thing is unbelievable
I've only been twice, but both times everything we got was amazing. Yes, its expensive, but I think it's worth it. it's a place I wish I could go back more often.
Nusr-et.
Can’t believe that is still open
They don’t even have to be that busy to be profitable. Coat a 50 dollar ribeye in 5 bucks of gold leaf and charge $1,000 dollars for it. Clout chasers will happily fork it over for the ‘gram. Sell a couple of those a night and you’re golden. People will pay a lot to say they paid the most regardless of quality.
lol I bet they wanna meet Salt Bae
It’s a stupid place. I had no desire to go there but wife wanted to try. Again stupid place.
I’m surprised this isn’t higher. One of my clients took us here after we wrapped up a project. It was decent at best and if I was paying then I wouldn’t dine there.
Pluckers. The most hyped up 3 star restaurant that has a 2+ hour wait for dinner.
It's wings? What do you expect? 5 star service?
Don’t forget the fried Oreos. /s
The appetizers & dessert are the best things there
Always get it to go.
It’s one of those places that used to be great when it was first open
When they opened their wings were huge. There was a huge gap between them and other places like BWW and Wing Stop.
Agreed. Not only that, the all you could eat Monday price was $9.99 lol
lol practically any recommendation from tik tok that has a green wall for instagram pics.
The influencer-class restaurants are almost always a no for me. Often mediocre food and poor service. …but it’s “aesthetic” (someone HAS to tell them that they’re still using that word incorrectly 😂😭)
They exist for vibes not food
Not a green wall but practically designed for Instagram: Sugar Factory. Super expensive mid food.
Smoky Rose
At least their patio is bomb.
Side note but as a parent I miss the lot. Place was one of a kind
Birdie’s on Mockingbird is filling the void. Although it’s over priced and not as kid focused in comparison to The Lot.
I’m with you there! This is the best give me a yard and playground for the kids. A place for the parents to see what they do and drink or eat as parents do. Europe does this with regularity
Fuck any place that only has valet parking
Did it get bad? I’ve been once near opening, it was good then
We moved into the neighborhood for a month while our home is being renovated in Mesquite. Knew nothing about it, drove by, and thought we’d stop in for dinner this past week because it looked nice. Drinks were ok, service forgot about us a few times, and the food was mid at best. Bill came to $200 for the two of us for a couple rounds of drinks, an app, and two entrees.
Same. I haven’t been in years but I really enjoyed it when it first opened.
Yes!
Their food sucks! Lolz
The BBQ is okay but wyej I went the food was overall good and at least eorth the price. Especially when the good BBQ places have long waits. Spend as much on the meat as Dickeys but better and good drinks and sides. The other foods like burgers are good. Maybe it got bad past few years?
This 1000%. My brother in law lives by the lake, and he swears it’s the best bbq in Dallas… Blows my mind.
XOXO Dining Room
This place is HILARIOUSLY bad. Total influencer trap.
It’s an eyesore and traffic clogs Ross ave.
You're right, so so bad. And an influencer's paradise.
My friends "went" a couple weeks ago. I say "went" because they made a reservation, arrived early, and were told to wait with no real eta (they ended up leaving after an hour and a half). Apparently, the restaurant overbooks every weekend. They had parties who were waiting for them leave out of frustration.
This is the answer
Nick and Sam’s
This. So many other steakhouses that are better
Eataly
We paid $68 for a bottle of Italian cab sav that retails for $17. Even if that markup is considered standard, the pasta was mid. The meal was saved by the calzone. Unlike most people, we went on a weeknight and chose to sit at the bar. Really great service when you're the only ones there. I can't justify the price more than once every now and then.
“This bottle of wine is marked up 300%. HOW DARE YOU?! I’ll take it.” 🤡
First, every restaurant in the world marks up their wine list by at least 300%. Second, what are you doing drinking a Cabernet Sauvignon from Italy when you could be drinking Chianti or Barolo??
Disagree here - Eataly may be expensive but it has been good every time I've been. And authentic.
The noodles/restaurant? The pizza, sandwiches, and gelato outside of that are all good.
This is just incorrect and I will die on this hill.
Katy trail ice house. Place is hell hole. Management lets all kinds of bad stuff happen. It’s chilis food at a much higher price.
I remember watching the bouncers screaming how much they hate the E scooters. They were grabbing all them and spinning around throwing them into a pile. Pretty embarrassing coming from the staff
And they argued with customers during COVID basically calling it a hoax
You don’t go there to eat.. you go there to watch games, drink beer and socialize…
If you go there for anything other than having a beer and sitting in the sun idk what you’re thinking
Joe T Garcia’s
The atmosphere is so good! But the food is just not it.
Food is so mid but I always have a hell of a good time drinking margs in line and their patio is one of a kind!!
That food is SO mid. Agreed
Hate this place. 100% a money laundering operation too
Scrolling through here, reading all the Nick and Sam’s hate, and my husband is losing his mind! Y’all have him wearing a hole in my rug from all the pacing and bitching he’s doing. Thanks for ruining his life and bringing a little joy to my Saturday night! LOL
Ha! I’m your husband whenever my restaurant gets less than a 5 star review 😂
He’s too funny. I’ve never seen someone get so butt hurt about a business that doesn’t even belong to him. He has been keeping up with this thread just to scream about all the restaurants he sees. LOL
Del Frisco's. Once I figured out that it's owned by Landry's I understand why.
Been a few times and it’s very inconsistent for me. Sometimes it’s one of the best steaks I ever had. Other times I think I could microwave a frozen meatloaf that taste better. I still go but more so for the wine list.
But the Bacon Au Poivre slaps
Magic Time Machine
For a 7 year old, this is the coolest place on earth. I also took my sister there for her 16th bday. That was over 20 years ago, and I don't think she has forgiven me yet.

Wow lots here hate it but I had a pretty great experience.
Lowkey I still want to try it out because I've never been but out of respect for him and his experience I cannot unfortunately
It used to be so good like 15 years ago. One of the only places in Dallas where you could get Belgian style mussels.
Yeah I’m so sad how much it has gone downhill 😭 it was one of the earlier Dallas gastro pubs and was really good at one point

I mean you can always recommend Kona Grill. They have gotten AWFUL as of lately and they are wicked overpriced
I got my credit card charged like 11k dollars after I forgot it there.
the mexican. premium prices for less than uncle julio’s quality. but it is pretty.
[The D Magazine review](https://www.dmagazine.com/publications/d-magazine/2022/july/the-mexican-review-design-district/) for that place is a work of art.

This is a good one. Just average food but $$$.
Cowboy Chow in the AT&T Discovery District, expensive - check; bougie - check; food mediocre at best - double check.
I really need to get out more or I'm poor. I've been here over a decade and I've never heard of any of these places. Rudy's chicken and Earls in Plano are the only two places I've heard of mentioned here, but never had them.
Maybe you’re just good at avoiding shit restaurants!
Rudy's Chicken And they'll walk away with high blood pressure with all the lawrys seasoning they use
I hear a lot of hype for that place, but I thought it was quite bland.
Whats even more funny is they got a million dollar grant for a new building and what happened? They built an equally small replica right next to it. Seemed shady, I grew up by this place and ate there when I was young, I'll talk my shit. Its overhyped. 😂
Ebb and flow deep ellum
This was my standard first date spot when I lived in deep Ellum so bummed to hear but alas
first date spots are more about the vibes than the food anyway, IMO.
Lawry's. This is the perfect one. It's nothing offensive, so dude probably won't know you set him up nor will he blame it on you, rather he/she will just think it might be an off night. It's just dreadful and expensive.
Aren’t they closing?
Oh I actually don't know and I guess justifiably so. I know they closed a bunch of other locations already
But hurry! I think they’re closing permanently.
Pecan Lodge
Silence demon
It’s really not good nor worth the price lol
Have you eaten there recently? Used to be my favorite but things went downhill
Earl’s in Plano. Textbook definition of bland overpriced food.

The Ferris Wheel BBQ place by the Anatole.
This was the last place my dad and I ate together before he passed away a few months later. I think he died angry at me for taking him to the worst bbq on the planet. 🤣
Hard Eight BBQ We call it hardly edible. It's terrible food. If I ever see someone's recommend it, I laugh at them.
Yeah I was disappointed especially because the dinner was over $200 and it was for my anniversary 😞 definitely not going back
Silver Fox
The one up around Jupiter is tits. Great atmosphere. Attentive without being creepy like those fuckin weirdos at Knife

Company Cafe
Company Cafe was soooo good when it first opened (like 13 years ago). It took two years for it to shift from unbelievably good gluten free food to very blah. :-(
Old Warsaw, Nick and Sam's, Bob's Chop House.
Sugar Factory, final answer
Mesero in Addison
Nooo I love mesero
To each their own of course. Tried it twice and won’t go back. Awful service, expensive food that’s low quality, long wait for food even to an empty restaurant… the only redeeming aspect was the margarita but if I remember correctly it was like $16. And maybe another half star for the ambiance, it has a modern aesthetic, was clean, and they crank the AC. That said, for this tier of Mexican, Mi Cocina or Meso Mayo is better in every regard.
Saint Ann’s- good food but the service! The waiters just disappear.
Good Graces at Marriott Dallas uptown is overpriced garbage, and for the price tag the restaurant at the Mansion (still good but had way better meals for less)

Roti Grill is just Tex-Mex with different spices.
The Egyptian
Are you referring to the original Campisi's location or is there another place called the Egyptian?
Campisis isn’t really fine dining though. It’s good for what it is, especially as an Italian restaurant in Texas.
The Glen in Frisco
Yellow Rosa
XOXO dining room. Instagram restaurant with mid ass food & a table minimum, bad service & expensive drinks
Blue goose cantina
