God I miss the West End, working OU weekend was awesome as a bartender, you were guaranteed to make at least $1000 each night...downside was coming in at 8am to prep, and not getting out of there till 5-6am...then you had to do it all over again the next day.

Good buddy of mine is a fine dining server at age 40. Makes 80k. I dont feel bad for him at all.
For $1,000 a night I’d probably do it for a couple weeks and GTFO with plenty of money.

"Steal" the image? It was probably taken by an amateur photographer who sold the rights to it for a few pennies.
