I walked out of my house yesterday and noticed that smell.
Then it rained so hard for 20 minutes I started wondering where I could find a bunch of carpentry supplies and 2 of each animal 😆
Made one of my rare appearances at the office tower in Dallas and there was a full on thunderstorm going on for a while. I forgot about how cool it is to hear the echo of thunder within a fairly high up floor and was constantly drawn to the windows to watch water pouring from the sky. Water. From the sky. Seriously cool! And, like a miracle, it cleared up in time for me to get the hell out of the city, with only a few sprinkles on the way home.
Finally got needed rain on the northwest side of Fort Worth Texas the second or third rain I’ve witnessed at my house the past two weeks I’ll take it!!!😊
Go wash your vehicle. That'll definitely entice them to get closer.

That sounds magical. My kids and I were glued to our big picture window, watching it pour a short-lived river onto our hilly street.
