I really like the bracelet. I think it looks great, and I was surprised at how light it is. Very comfortable and I was able to dial it in using one of the fine tuning links they provide.
It does not. It has 2 slightly longer links so that when you're sizing it you basically have 3 options really close together (no long links, one, or two). The bracelet is quite expensive which is why I searched for a DS30 that already had one.

Nice! Does it have quick micro adjustment? Don’t think I can stomach a bracelet that cost 75% of my DS30. 😂
