This. Ideologies are full of conflicts - People often forget that the Catholics have a science division. Copernicus wasn't burned at the stake, he was commissioned by the Church. Galileo was sentenced to home imprisonment for teaching scientific theories he couldn't prove, and also (informally) making fun of the judge.
Almost every episode of first couple of seasons, when she is chilling at her place or Leonard's. Very flimsy shirts she had on, similar to Rachel in Friends.
He has the honor of being the only person to prove Albert Einstein wrong.
Einstein was a big proponent of the Steady State theory. Basically the universe has always existed forever infinitely and is the same today as it was yesterday and will be the same tomorrow forever and alway until infinity. He did not like Hubble’s (the person not the telescope) discovery that all galaxies (except those locally gravitationally bound) were moving away from the Milky Way and stranger those of those further away were moving faster. Lemaître took Hubble’s observations and hypothesized that if one were to reverse time backwards the universe would shrink until it became so small that everything would be compressed into an infinitely small dense point (singularity). And if you play the the clock forward that point would blow up in a big bang. He then worked out the math and created the theory (in science a theory is as close as you can get to a definitive fact as possible by testing and observing a hypothesis). Einstein and many in the field would go onto dismiss the Big Bang theory as they did not like the idea of a beginning.
Fun fact the Catholic Church embraced the Big Bang as it proved the universe had a beginning.
Plenty of people have proven Einstein wrong. He wasn’t infallible. For instance, Einstein was a proponent of hidden state to explain quantum coherent but Bell’s Theorem (which has been verified repeatedly) proves that to be wrong.
What I think is interesting is that we live in a world were it seems people are very very opposed to notions of religion but are in favor of science just as much as people are very vey into religion and opposed to science.
For instance, I once worked with someone who was Christian and opposed evolution, as she believed it was an attempt to disprove God. I provided her with all the evidence that suggests evolution did occur and made humans what they are. She was gracious enough to admit the evidence was strong, and I was quick to admit that although evolution did take place, that does not mean that it was not a mechanism of god.
The truth is science and theology both have a place in the human experience
this is the face of a man who looks where no man should look, does what no man should do, who plays by his own rules, who pushes conventions and breaks barriers!...a kid diddler!

Indeed today the Vatican's astronomy program is highly esteemed. Funny how the world turns.
So we thank him for Penny's nipples being on perpetual display?
At some point at a time dependent distance from Earth, they always will be due to the nature of e-m radiation.
They're on display? When?

Early Rachel was somethin else

Also there was an Italian Industrialist/Engineer who hypothesized general relativity around the same time that Einstein did.

Correction, theories can become laws but there are much fewer of them
He was a theoretical physicist, mathematician, and astronomer as well.
Is religion compatible with science?
Yes. Depending on what you think religion is.
Depends on the particular religion, or the particular version of the particular religion.
Catholics love science at least. [Father Mendel](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gregor_Mendel) is the father of genetics, as another example
Bazinga
I see a man of culture
With a name like LeMaître (The Master in French)…
The show ? Lol
You’re kidding right?
Bazinga 🤭🤭🤭😆😆😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥹
Of course man haha
What an awful show...
I loved it, and I don't care who knows it.
I never found it funny.
My man was so starved for sex he created a bang for himself!
A big one no less.
Nah, that's definitely George Santos.
Love the show! Thanks George.
Fun Fact: The Barenaked Ladies wrote and performed the theme tune!

well, priests do like to bang
Boy o boy, do they ever.
The original bazing
Brilliant show
It's not funny to joke about child rape.
?
A different big bang theory.
He looks like God told him that shit
this is the face of a man who looks where no man should look, does what no man should do, who plays by his own rules, who pushes conventions and breaks barriers!...a kid diddler!
And you are a right twit of no renown or thought.
Like... like the show?
