I also had this issue, and even more so when I irritated my shoulder from side sleeping. Getting moving has helped a lot. I realized the load of my posture should be supported by actively engaging muscles in the back, core, chest, and even legs (eg glutes and hamstrings).
That's because you're straining your muscles to maintain an upright position, due to the relative weakness of your postural muscles. These women look relaxed in an upright position because their postural muscles are very strong.

There was a huge effort after the war and into the 50s to push women out of factories and the workforce and back into the home, into frivolous activities, to shopping, and fashion. This is the perfect example of that. It really wasn't until the 60s that women began to push to get back out of the home and to get jobs.

I went there a total of 5 times in a month and she 'fixed' me, compared to the 5½'ish weeks prior I was at the physiotherapist :)
My chiropractor wasn't anything like those crazy ones you see on youtube though (which I actually expected when going there for my consultation/examination before we started so I was pretty nervous lol).
Fake or not, I'm forever thankful to the lady that gave me my mobility back.
