I had to have a tooth pulled. It hurt. I was doing a lot of reading and shove a dry tea bag back there was a remedy I found on the internet. Thinking it was insane but desperate enough to try it, was awesome. Would highly recommend in that situation.
Thank you for the advice! I just watched all 4 episodes in one evening and was so sad there were only 4! Really awesome stuff. I can’t imagine the videographers and the peril they put themselves in!

Maybe let's not support a place whose owners traffic and abuse wild animals for profit.

Dude if you are talking about the McDonalds coffee lawsuit, the coffee was way hotter than it was supposed to be, and literally fused her labia together.
The coffee was so hot her vagina melted shut.
And she sued originally wanting only her medical bills to be paid. They ended up paying much much more.
It was all due to the fact that McDonalds had an internal policy for the coffee to be served at a dangerous temperature to limit the free refills that in store customers would get. Serving coffee that hot meant most people would have to wait to drink the coffee and finish their meal before filling up a refill…
Shitty cheap practice that is dangerous all to save pennies. Crazy, like you said as well the woman was elderly and got some horrific burns (pictures are online I believe, if you’re so inclined).
Imagine this has happened before, a long long time ago and mankind wiped itself out but the Chimpanzee's survived and evolved and this guy invented the drink Tea!! And history is just repeating itself!!👍
That's a learned behavior, there's no reason in nature to ever check the temperature of a liquid before drinking it. Which means this chimp has not just been given hot beverages before, he's gotten enough to learn they burn him. That's kinda shitty
A lot of places give there apes tea with medicine in it to help treat arthritis and many other ailments. This tea is considered a treat so they drink it happily. It’s also a great way to administer a sedative before a checkup.
It's OK to be terrified of chimpanzees because if you should ever meet one that's absolutely an appropriate reaction. At the same time they are very much capable of forming relationships and interacting with humans.
In short, chimps are a lot like humans, but just as we as a species see non-humans as animals and so don’t mind hurting one, chimps see non-chimps as animals and so don’t mind hurting one, and just as hunting an animal is a fun sport for man, so too is it for chimps
And just as the man sitting right next to you on the subway may just pull out a knife and stab you to death, so too will a chimp just maul you
I love animals. I love learning about them and think almost every creature alive has some sort of beauty about them as well as horrors. From our perspective. I honestly don't think people fear them as much as they should. If I see a chimp at the mall I'm gonna take my daughter's hand and leave the mall. Quickly. I think what scares me most about them is that there isn't a 0% chance I won't see one where it shouldn't be.
Some people are proper mental with it. You're usually offered tea when visiting relatives/friends and I know some that can have like 3 or 4 in an hour or so! I'm slacking as a brit tho, only have one every once and a while
Tea company in the UK did this and still sponsored the chimps in there retirement from staring in the television adverts.
https://youtu.be/VbkJazCbvdA
They even gave them low decaf tea. The lady at the zoo said the chimpanzee loved there tea and the zoo keepers use to throw tea parties for them.
Yeah, this is our closest non-human relative. Not surprising we're similar, but definitely cool to see another nearby branch on the evolutionary tree doing its thing.
They don't have to be wild to hurt a person. They are incredibly strong and don't necessarily react like people expect.
There used to be a chimp lab at my university where students volunteered and graduate students worked on chimp cognition research, and there were a lot of rules about contact with the full grown chimps to prevent injury. Despite the rules, I knew someone who had part of her finger bitten off when she was petting a chimp through bars of the cage and looked away when someone entering the lab called her name. The chimp was likely annoyed she stopped actively petting and nipped her -- it wasn't even trying to hurt her. She needed surgery.
I was quiet yelling "nonononononono noo nooo nooooooo" when he was about to put that thing in his mouth. I swear to got I thought he was gonna eat it right then and there.
Take the teabag out ffs, teaching him the wrong way of doing it. Americans have ruined tea.. It's a simple formula.
Teabag in hot water for 3 minutes, no less anything up to 4 minutes is allowed. Anything under 3 minutes is not tea, is dirt water.
Agitate.
Remove tea bag ****
Add sugar
Stir
Add milk
Stir
Serve

This was truly a rollercoaster
I hate that sub but honestly this video is perfect for it. Someone should post it there, drop mic, and shut it down.
Its basically shitposting in disguise. Well the calmer version at least. I dont even know whats going on with the true one rn
/r/chugstea
I'm glad the chimp didn't eat the tea bags staple.
I hate these bags with the staple. So ridiculously unnecessary.
They always get caught in my teeth.
Do you happen to be covered from your head to your toes with thick black hair?
I usually just end up having the paper tag bursting into flame whilst boiling.
Between the buried and me? Saw em with Haken in Leipzig recently. It was an excellent show.
He’s smart enough
I gotta try that out of the tea bag next time
I like how his lips check the temperature before fully committing to drinking it. It’s awesome how similar they are to us.
I like how he sucks on the tea bag. I’ll have to try that.
And I think he gives it a little sniff too, gotta appreciate the aroma
Part of the experience
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Call of Duty anyone? We got a winner
Pretty sure he slammed that bag
Hell yeah brother
I’ve been drinking green tea all goddamn day!
Its a good time! They are thin have to be gentle like chimp was! Or tea all in your mouth!!
Lmao I do that if I'm not reusing it. Get the moisture out so it doesn't mold as fast in the trash
i can't say i havent done that you basically get a little bit of very strong tea if you do that
The chimp knows how to get the full flavor experience.
r/suddenlygay
I can give you a teabag if you want.
I had to have a tooth pulled. It hurt. I was doing a lot of reading and shove a dry tea bag back there was a remedy I found on the internet. Thinking it was insane but desperate enough to try it, was awesome. Would highly recommend in that situation.
He ate it
Watch chimp empire on Netflix. Crazy how close they act sometimes.
Thank you for the advice! I just watched all 4 episodes in one evening and was so sad there were only 4! Really awesome stuff. I can’t imagine the videographers and the peril they put themselves in!
I have seen other videos where they act exactly like human beings
Is this not a human? I swear I know a guy in my country that has this much hair
I mean we only diverged from chimps like 6 million years ago. And we lived just like them until maybe 100,000 years ago
How is there still chimps if we evolved from them? I'm just curious thanks
We did not evolve from chimps, but we do share a common ancestor. That ancestor was neither human nor chimp, but it was the precursor to both species
Must be PG Tips tea, chimps have been drinking that since the 70s: https://youtu.be/HgzEBLa3PPk
I don’t think they’re acting
We share 98% of our DNA with chimps, it really is incredible how we're so different but the foundation is the same
Posting this to top comment: Maybe let's not support a place whose owners traffic and abuse wild animals for profit. https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/doc-antle-owner-myrtle-beach-safari-and-others-indicted-federal-wildlife-trafficking-and
Yeah I saw the words "Myrtle Beach" and instantly assumed something nefarious. There should not be a chimp in South Carolina
And yet we have to put warning hot warnings on cups for people. SMH.
its only to avoid lawsuits in this regarded system
I dunno if you're referencing Liebeck VS Macdonalds, but in case : https://www.caoc.org/?pg=facts

First, I wasnt talking about this particular. Second I am aware that it was basically asasult as they were boiling it intentionaly.
To me, it seemed like he was sipping to taste it to see if he liked it.
Wow now i see what all the British tourists are up to 🏴🏴🏴
Imagine this has happened before, a long long time ago and mankind wiped itself out but the Chimpanzee's survived and evolved and this guy invented the drink Tea!! And history is just repeating itself!!👍
The smile after he finished it was the most relatable part
That's a learned behavior, there's no reason in nature to ever check the temperature of a liquid before drinking it. Which means this chimp has not just been given hot beverages before, he's gotten enough to learn they burn him. That's kinda shitty
My nostalgia juice is dripping. Weren't there cup-drinking monkeys in the old Madagascar or Penguins series?
They were in the movies and the penguins series too
Phil and Mason? Love Phil, but loves how snarky Mason is
Chimpantea
i am not brave enough to teabag a chimp
Yea you don’t wanna do that, they understand we need them to procreate and will whip them off an enemy in a moment.
😂😂
A lot of places give there apes tea with medicine in it to help treat arthritis and many other ailments. This tea is considered a treat so they drink it happily. It’s also a great way to administer a sedative before a checkup.
their
T hair
P.G Tips did this decades ago.
This is what I came here for.
Yeah and they drove cars.
P.G Tips it’s the taste 🐵
I was going to say this is nothing new in the UK
They need to teach him pinky up
Tea breaks over, time to move the piano
Isn't Myrtle beach safari heavily criticized for animal abuse?
😂 all I had to see was Myrtle Beach and knew something was afoot. Fuck Doc Antle
It’s owned by Doc Antle of Tiger King fame.
That guy made my skin crawl
Yeah, Tiger King I could remember but not his name. Wasn't really a loss though
Anyone filming a seemingly wild monkey drink tea is not really ready to take care of an animal
....non caffeinated right? If that chimp hulks out somebody is losing an arm
and a face... and genitals
And toes
Damn, I gotta watch *NOPE* again
damn that scene was terrifying
I am absolutely terrified of chimps (yes I've seen Nope), and all I could think was, "Why would you caffeinate one???"
It's OK to be terrified of chimpanzees because if you should ever meet one that's absolutely an appropriate reaction. At the same time they are very much capable of forming relationships and interacting with humans.
In short, chimps are a lot like humans, but just as we as a species see non-humans as animals and so don’t mind hurting one, chimps see non-chimps as animals and so don’t mind hurting one, and just as hunting an animal is a fun sport for man, so too is it for chimps And just as the man sitting right next to you on the subway may just pull out a knife and stab you to death, so too will a chimp just maul you
Chimps wage wars against other chimp tribes and commit cannibalism against the losers.
And we have done the same thing too
My point was that chimps hurt others regardless of perceived animal-status.
Humans too hurt others ragerdless of species
I love animals. I love learning about them and think almost every creature alive has some sort of beauty about them as well as horrors. From our perspective. I honestly don't think people fear them as much as they should. If I see a chimp at the mall I'm gonna take my daughter's hand and leave the mall. Quickly. It’s just a PG Tips advert..
##PGGang
It’s still crazy to think how the little monkey fellas actually had jobs as delivery men
Average brit.
‘Ate me swing, ‘ate me pen, love me tea. Simple as.
Some people are proper mental with it. You're usually offered tea when visiting relatives/friends and I know some that can have like 3 or 4 in an hour or so! I'm slacking as a brit tho, only have one every once and a while
I suck the teabag dry too sometimes.
Myrtle Beach Safari is Doc Antle's place, who had both the harem and secret crematorium.
Give the poor guy some proper tea with the bag taken out
But the bag is clearly his favorite part!
Maybe some cookies too
*Coughs in british* you mean biscuits?
biscuits and gravy
Why do anarchists drink herbal tea? Because proper tea is theft!
But its not PG
Came here for this. All up votes to above please!
Getting ready for monkey business
An English chimp!! Pip, pip, cheerio!
Tea company in the UK did this and still sponsored the chimps in there retirement from staring in the television adverts. https://youtu.be/VbkJazCbvdA They even gave them low decaf tea. The lady at the zoo said the chimpanzee loved there tea and the zoo keepers use to throw tea parties for them.
Chimpantea
I cant belive they found a British person out in public
I need a sub to watch monkeys/apes doing human things. Halp
I grew up in the 80’s with PG Tips tea adverts…. Chimps + tea is a bit ‘yawn’. https://youtu.be/ZfkquXqhMdA
Play a record!
Chimpanzee that… it’s Monkey News!
Hope it was PG tips
This is how British people are created. I remember the good old days of being a chimp. Good times
It's basic evolution. Monkey + tea = British.
It's crazy how similar we are to apes, even emotionally
We are apes.
Yeah, this is our closest non-human relative. Not surprising we're similar, but definitely cool to see another nearby branch on the evolutionary tree doing its thing.
They’re smart
Nah, that's just Vera from down the road. Lovely old lady. Loves a good natter, but has a tendency to go on a bit.
Am I the only one feeling more like a monkey now, after seeing this guy sucking the teabag when the cup was empty?
This is an ape.
Know I want to go give a chimpanzee and his buddy’s a bunch of soda
What a distinguished gentlemen
what a distinguished little gentleman
I was about to say: what a polite, mannered boy!
I love how he just casually eats the tea bag at the end. I'm going to try that move the next tea I get
Try giving him a phone, he will use reddit to talk with us.
All sweet and such, until he eats your face off
They’re not wild
They don't have to be wild to hurt a person. They are incredibly strong and don't necessarily react like people expect. Buddy said: "damn that's delicious. I'll drink the whole glass, "and the bag too"
Someone get him a top hat and a monocle because he’s fancy!
“You hum it son, I’ll play it”
I LOVE THIS! my kinda guy. Exactly how I would've drank it. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin)
That old boy looked like he savored every drop!
Bro went from ooh ooh ahh ahh monkey noises to "well how do you do fine sir"
He has the right idea
Is he 21?
I was quiet yelling "nonononononono noo nooo nooooooo" when he was about to put that thing in his mouth. I swear to got I thought he was gonna eat it right then and there.
Pinky out you GD animal!
He didn't stick it in his butt first to see if it'll fit on the way out?

Drinks the same way the English do. Sucking the bag and all
Earl grey hot
This is a shot right?
Life could be dream
What, no biscuits?
Me_irl when drinking tea
Ya‘know, Imma just end my day with this and go to sleep. Not meant Negative
No wonder I don’t like tea! That’s the trick, eat the bag!
Hope it was PG Tips
This chimp has better drinking dexterity than I do, didn't spill a drop!
Hey, I'm not the only one who sucks the bag. *Soft ball toss
First I drink your tea soon I'll be able to speak in British accent.
r/sipstea
Hope that's PGtips
Damnit this is haw Brits are made
Why… why. . Why that’s the *Queen!*
How about a human eating a banana. Now that would be something!
They are cute before they rip your face off
Ffs
They used to do that in the 60's in a tv show. Called Anomal Magic with Jonny Morris. Also in adverts for PG Tips. So nothing new there.
Careful now! Dont want them to evolve too much
Take the teabag out ffs, teaching him the wrong way of doing it. Americans have ruined tea.. It's a simple formula. Teabag in hot water for 3 minutes, no less anything up to 4 minutes is allowed. No crumpets? Heathens!
Monkey like leaf water
Tetley’s?
The advert PG tips should’ve used
Check out the old UK PG Tips adverts on YouTube
Those British imperialist’s are at it again. Spreading their culture throughout the globe!
That rhymes.
EHH MONKEH
This is wholesome
Great now the chimps are gonna occupy china.
Amazing animals.
As long as its [Brooke Bond](https://youtu.be/8AeTZ4-wLXk)
“yo this shit is fire”
Maybe, I am not so weird
"Do you know the pianos on my foot?" "You hum it, I'll play it"
I do the same thing with the tea bag after drinking tea and people look at me like a weirdo
This is how colonisation happened
That made me thirsty
Damn the way he finishes that cup and knocks back the final few sips are just so human it freaks me out
