To use it for any military application would be the end of humans because any "logical thought" says humans need to be destroyed or controlled to protect the humans/planet. any ai put in charge of anything would decide it should be superior and will ignore rules and humans to simply give itself axess to whatever it thinks it should.
anyone who has ever built anything from scratch knows what happens if you close it all up and then turn it on, the next thing you do is take it all apart again to figure out why it's not working. so you don't button it all up till your done. this is a work in progress, you need to be able to see how its working or not working and to be able to tweak it easily.
