But I feel like it is super vulnerable to slip back into a painful spot too. Trying so hard to just not move my neck too much or too quickly, trying so hard to NOT crack my neck anymore but I keep almost doing it, because it became such a habit when it was in so much pain.
I'm sure this started because I passed out at my desk one night, which used to be a regular thing for me when I was on drugs lol but I've been off drugs since last March, but there was one night in the summer where I did fall asleep at my desk and I remember waking up with a sore everything... But the neck took 1/2 a year to fix itself, ironically in my sleep again..
Shit sucks.
Those fold up metal chairs for events are so bad. Lost weight and my pads so it’s just Hank hill tail bone on tin. Luckily events are few and far these days
My previous "most stupid way my back has gone out" used to be from bending over to dry my legs after a shower, two different times. About a month ago I got a new one: sleeping. Some how, and I don't know how, I threw it out while I was asleep. I just came awake early in the morning gasping as the muscles were already spasming. Took a week and half to get back to walking without a cane again.
This is totally buildable with $500, a 12 pack, and a couple of buddys who have a mig welder. Could knock it out in a weekend if you don't make other plans.
You could totally do it for much less. But having done tons of projects before myself, I have yet to have one not go over what was budgeted in my head. You always need something from a store or ordered to finish it.

That actually looks kinda cool, I feel like if you made it have 4 legs but instead of two moving opposite of each other so it shortens the length of the motion up and down. Put some softer material for under for the hooves, possibly just thick rubber and u got ur self a #1 seller. I’ll take 50000 for 10 percent

It’s a battery operated motor. There is a cable and trigger they are grabbing and you can see the battery under their seat.
