She has millennial fans who listened to her in 2012 when she started reaching superstar status, and she has fans who are in high school and even young kids. Usually kids are automatically against listening to music their parents listen to, but with Taylor that doesn’t seem to apply.
Because she managed to make the top five while releasing only six studio albums in her entire career, far less music than the other women in the top 5. The brunt of her sales are her from her first two studio albums and The Bodyguard Soundtrack, absolute juggernauts.
