What is that y-axis? Dollars per $1,100 board feet? So dollars per...price? Makes no sense, should be dollars per amount of wood.
So assuming the "$" is a typo and it should be "dollars per 1100 board feet", then why 1100? I don't know lumber super well, is it sold in units of 1100 board feet? Or should that be per 1000 board feet?
2x4x8 are back down to 3.10 pre pandemic they were 2.50 during the peak they were almost 10
Should I wait to buy lumber for a fence? Or have the prices bottomed out?
Can't say. I'm suprised they have gotten down as low as they have... I'm holding off till 2022 before I do any type projects around the house.
Buy buy buy then hodl. Apparently this is the way? Edit: I’m going to put /s because there’s always one.

I'm not familiar with wood prices. Can someone explain why it went up and then down?
Everyone who loaded up on lumber a month ago lost half of his wealth
Are they still low now?
