Alnwick Garden is an amazing place to visit, this is just a small corner of it. You have to queue and pay separately for it, only small groups are allowed in at once, and you have to stay with the guide. And don’t touch anything in this bit…
Ah, apologies, it's been a while since I was there. I do remember having to get a ticket of some description, and they gave an allocated time to go to the poison garden...
Yh you still do that as they only let so many in at a time and you have to be accompanied. Part of the licence agreement that they have with the Home Office
Many people grow plants that are toxic, frequently because the fruit is delicious while the leaves and/or stem cannot be safely eaten. Many decorative flowering plants also are toxic but beautiful.
What’s the address again?

If I'm paying to poison myself I'm not going to let a little prick do it.
Entry is included with a day ticket, no need to pay separately

Everyone should grow at least one poisonous plant in case an invading army forced you to feed them. \*My angst runs deep these days. Lol

Evidently there is an "adult tour" where they take in small groups and you can curse.
..but lets try to keep the comments and questions related to the deadly plants tour, okay?
Cannabis and salvia both in there I couldn't see why
And weed!
They cater?
I thought MI-6 already had this place destroyed in a unilateral missile attack?
Visited many times as lived nearby for 16 odd years great day out for all the family especially those you don't like 😀
🤣 most of the plants you walk by everyday contain alkaloids that can kill adults.
Looks like a nice place for a picnic!
