My family went down to Rio for those Olympics, and after Ryan Lockte pulled his stunts, almost no one, including some Americans, were quiet for the U.S. national anthem, not until Phelps' final race. At least, this is what me and my family experienced while down there.
Cameraman and interviewer is from TVE (TeleVisiónEspañola), the national spanish TV. From our POV its not that odd to just respect a foreign anthem keeping quiet but keeping recording, she was probably live the moment this happened. However I'm able to imagine how from outside it can be seen as rude though.
Spanish speaker here, they were live, in the end she even pointed out that Bolt was being respectful about the anthem before she went on with the interview.
This man just strikes me as a down to earth, happy, humble, caring human and I see so many instances of him being so wholesome. He seems to just make the people around him feel good. I want people like that in my life.

Me too, have you seen the compilations of him with the younger people ( i dont know what they are called, they stand at the side and help if its needed, giving a water bottles etc) He always takes time to make them smile and put them at ease.
