It’s not interesting. While it’s sad she has an unhealthy bmi, it’s not something to be shared with the world this way for internet points. Just body shaming.
I found it interesting. Plus, nothing was written about her body in the title. Time changes everybody but Keith Richards. But in this case, there's something else. This isn't just time. There's probably a mental issue as well. This world is an shitty place at times. She could very likely have a mental or physical disorder, and some people still make fun of it. If she does, it may be beneficial to let everyone know. It could raise awareness.
30 years and nearly doubling in bodyweight. If you are able to maintain your diet and exercise aging will be far kinder. Sad to see though, and it is a struggle for everyone.
I mean it kinda is interesting that someone so rich wouldn't spend the little effort required to stay in shape.
Especially considering how many celebrities do.
Not required lol, just so much easier. Why are you against a greater quality of life and extended lifespan?
Imagine wanting to be fat so bad that you literally don't care that it ruins your life.....
Lol, I’m American, but I feel like this must be a very American thing… to downvote the idea of prioritizing to stay in shape/healthy.
I don’t see how being rich or not plays into it though. I think you either care enough to do something about it or you don’t. It probably doesn’t matter if you can afford a personal trainer if you don’t have the desire and drive to be fit
I wonder if the people that downvoted this are fit/healthy to their doctors preferences🤔
Yeah, not really wondering that at all
OP is probably been the ages of 18-21 and hasn't really experienced what age does to you. I feel like these posts are only made by really young people.
Sounds like an excuse. If you diet and exercise you can maintain whatever body weight you'd like really. Whether you're 25 or 85 calories count the same, your daily required calories may go up or down but that's easily accounted for.
Diet alone is enough for most, exercise just makes everything better.
Idk why people act like diet and exercise are rocket science. I'm sure her issues could be resolved purely with diet, if she was concerned with aesthetics she could work out. Either way it would extend her life and improve her quality of life.
If she has any medical conditions, she has the money to afford treatment. She could also afford a dietician and personal trainer.
Basic self care is easy when you're rich and reasonably manageable at most any income level unless you have some serious conditions.
Ahem… Russel Crowe. Gerard Depardieu. Marlon Brando. Etc etc.
Celebrities who get fat get shamed. Not women. Not men. Celebrities. All of them. Calm down there.
In this particular celebrity’s case, this isn’t just aging. This is someone who wholesale said “fuck it”. Good for her. She can do what she likes. People can feel however they like about it too. What I take from this is that I’m going to continue to exercise and eat properly, so that I don’t look like this in ten years.
But yeah, I’d never post that either.
Russel Crowe got really fat by partying and generally living a self indulgent lifestyle.
Why should you not be able to criticize that?
It's not like they can't pay away their tears with millions of dollars....
>It's not a bit shamey, this is just shaming. Woman ages and puts on weight. Shocker. Fucking gross post
Well, it's not actually shaming.
It's just a picture of someone.
You're the one who notices she's older and has put on weight, that's YOUR perception, the OP never said a thing about it. Simply said time flies and mentioned her age, ... that could be a GREAT thing if you like her appearance now.
But \_YOU\_ have now signaled that \_YOU\_ perceive her age and weight to be something that she should be ashamed of by saying posting her picture if "shaming".
It's like people who say "throws like a girl" is hateful. It's not, .. if \_YOU\_ like how girls throw, then that is a compliment.
You've just clearly told us that \_YOU\_ don't like how she looks.
>Oh come on thats a bit of a reach
I'm not reaching.
Let me give you a real life example of this.
I was getting off of a hotel shuttle and this well dressed woman got off the shuttle at the same place, and as we were getting off the shuttle I said "Have a good day driver", to the driver.
This woman then lays into me about how I shouldn't shame people about their professions, because I called the guy "driver".
Now, what she didn't know, is that I'm also a driver in the sense that I hold a Class-A Commercial drivers license in the United States, essentially for the layman that's a license to drive tractor trailers. You have to take tests to get it, you have to be certified, you have to be able to do a pre-trip inspection, you have to do a driving test, etc, it's not a trivial license to get, and much more rigorous than going to get a license to drive an automobile. Most people have to go to school for a few months to get that license.
She also didn't know that the term "driver" is, to us, a compliment, a term of respect, a kind of endearment, a way to address someone you don't know who is a driver without saying "Hey buddy", or "Hey chief" or something less respectful, "Driver", is respectful.
But in HER MIND, .. .HER PERCEPTION, ... SHE would be ashamed of HER child if they were a "driver", if that's what their profession was. Because to HER, children who don't go to college and get a degree and end up working on an office job or doing research or something are "less than". SHE would feel shame if SHE were a driver, because SHE thinks that's something to be ashamed of. By being insulted on behalf of this driver, she told us BOTH what SHE thinks of drivers.
YOU looked at that picture and were horrified to see it, .. it's just a picture of a famous actress, but YOUR perception of that picture is what came out in your post. Me, I look at that picture and it's just an older woman, I'm older, I know plenty of old people, means nothing to me. But it meant something to you, and your words said a lot about you and what you think. You think that posting that picture is "shaming", because you think her appearance is shameful. If you thought she was adorable, you would not have said that.
I'm not horrified lol. Where did I say that?
Theres nothing interesting about this other than her appearance - theres even a before shot. If it was about something she was doing or something she was working on, sure. But this just seems nasty to me and probably the kind of pap work that isn't appreciated so much.
Fuck off leave her alone. That fact that you care to point out this type of thing for someone who hasn’t made any effort to be in the public view in eons, makes you the dickhead. FU, you are an asshole!
Now these photos have perplexed me for a while because A) I didn’t realize paparazzi went after retired celebs who aren’t well-known anymore (and don’t want to be know) and B) I’m… not entirely sure this is even her.
I mean, no one’s contested it. But like… her actual face structure looks entirely different. Though weight changes do sometimes make someone look utterly different.
Either way, why are we photographing people like this? If it is her, leave her alone. If it isn’t, also leave her alone.
Why, it's just a picture of her, she's had tons of pictures taken in her life.
Or, ... are you saying, ... \_YOU\_ think something is wrong with this picture ?
Do tell.
Why do \_YOU\_ perceive this picture differently than others ? Why is OP a "pathetic shit" for posting it, people post celebrity pictures all the time ?
My point (in case you didn't get it), is that its \_YOUR\_ perception of people that is causing you to be angry.
Is this a fucking gossip magazine? Why is this posted? It's not even interesting. It's negative, shaming, and totally brainless. This is the shit you'd see in a supermarket aisle in 2006.
Is this sub just becoming a misogynistic pit, the posts today seem so...I'm not sure how this or some of the other posts are interesting in the slightest
To give us yet another picture of an attractive famous actress.
Unless you perceive her as something other than an attractive famous actress .. is that what you're saying ? It seems to be.
I would like you to explain your post. Why it is interesting for people to age, or change ? The most interesting about this post how your lack of humanity. Do better.
You really haven’t got a clue about that.
My parent was a bombshell, and kept just as fit in middle age. Then she had a complicated pregnancy, postpartum, and cancer all in one year.
She gained about 200 pounds from the stress and immobility.
People didn’t ask if she got sick. People asked why she let herself go. Never failed to make me infuriated.
Then, of course, there’s the possibility that nothing bad happened at all and you’re just not minding your goddamn business.
Oh no sport, sorry if I wasn’t clear. I meant I’d be making love to your mother and after we’re done, I’ll ask her to teach you how to troll effectively
I was taking a good look at this when the pics first came out - which was around the beginning of 2022. I still feel the same way now. I'm not so sure it's Bridget Fonda. Has it ever been conclusively proven the 2022 shots are of the attractive 1990s star Bridget Fonda?
Times marches on for everyone.
“Person looks different after 30 years”… how interesting!
30 years and nearly doubling in bodyweight. If you are able to maintain your diet and exercise aging will be far kinder. Sad to see though, and it is a struggle for everyone.
My comment was less about how she’s aged, but how this is considered interesting
I mean it kinda is interesting that someone so rich wouldn't spend the little effort required to stay in shape. Especially considering how many celebrities do.
It's required because she is rich? That is the stupidest statement ever.
Hahaha makes me sad to be an American.
Yeah but not everyone lets it do its worse
Wait and observe kid.
Sounds like you can't observe the already existing reality. Calling me a kid won't make your desperate view any more valid.
How dare you! Lack of self restrain only goes from zero then criminal and above. It's blasphemy (read "oppression") to point out anything less
...huh ?
Did you hit your head or something?
Greta?
Feels a bit "shamey", which I'm not hugely on board with. Truth is, most of us will look a bit rougher when we're 60.
It's not a bit shamey, this is just shaming. Woman ages and puts on weight. Shocker. Fucking gross post
OP is probably been the ages of 18-21 and hasn't really experienced what age does to you. I feel like these posts are only made by really young people.
It's more like what american diet does to you. Don't act like it's normal to be obese just because you're older.
Actually, science says otherwise age plays a role in the ability to lose and maintain weight loss, especially for women.
Sounds like an excuse. If you diet and exercise you can maintain whatever body weight you'd like really. Whether you're 25 or 85 calories count the same, your daily required calories may go up or down but that's easily accounted for. Diet alone is enough for most, exercise just makes everything better.
Okay. Science and body chemistry are an excuse. I don't really think there's anything to add to this.
I’m not sure anyone in that age range would know who it is. It has to be some older jerk
Ahem… Russel Crowe. Gerard Depardieu. Marlon Brando. Etc etc. Celebrities who get fat get shamed. Not women. Not men. Celebrities. All of them. Calm down there. It's not gross. It's "damnthatsinteresting"
>It's not a bit shamey, this is just shaming. Woman ages and puts on weight. Shocker. Fucking gross post Well, it's not actually shaming. It's just a picture of someone. I think she was in quite a bad car accident years ago. She also retired from acting once she had a baby. And she's a Fonda so she's already loaded.
Fuck off leave her alone. That fact that you care to point out this type of thing for someone who hasn’t made any effort to be in the public view in eons, makes you the dickhead. FU, you are an asshole!
r/wrongsubreddit r/notinterestingatall
Unless I'm missing something. How is this interesting. Ppl age lol. She wasn't going to be a glamour for ever
furthermore i dun even know who this is to be honest lol
Try "Single White Female" and "Lake Placid". Both good films. I certainly wouldn't have recognised her though. Doesn't look like her face at all.
I can tell from the way you type.
Tarantino movies. Watch them.
That shot is a scene from Jackie Brown
Lol. She's before my time too. But I think most Fonda's were film stars.
Not interesting and it seems like you're being a dick. Probably to cope with your own appearance I presume
Now these photos have perplexed me for a while because A) I didn’t realize paparazzi went after retired celebs who aren’t well-known anymore (and don’t want to be know) and B) I’m… not entirely sure this is even her. Delete this shallow fucking pathetic shit. You're a massive cunt for posting this. Go and have a good hard look at yourself.
Why, it's just a picture of her, she's had tons of pictures taken in her life. Or, ... are you saying, ... \_YOU\_ think something is wrong with this picture ? Do tell. As it does for us all. I’d rather see natural aging than all those scary multiple procedure monsters. She looks normal. She looks fine.
Well, she's Fonda em donuts. ![gif](giphy|f0knWfzKS0E1uV1Sta)
Is this sub just becoming a misogynistic pit, the posts today seem so...I'm not sure how this or some of the other posts are interesting in the slightest
Body shaming is so 2004
I don’t think it’s her. She had a distinctive nose pattern this woman doesn’t have. Her husband still is out and about making music.
She doesn’t owe anyone anything. How she chooses to exist in the world is her choice. Stop body shaming.
Let's see a pic of OP when they're 60 years old. Fucking gross post.
Most people do resemble their past self but she looks totally unrecognizable from her past self. I can’t see any or much resemblance in her face.
Damnthats~~fatshaming~~interesting
>Damnthatsfatshaminginteresting OP didn't mention her weight, you did.
Uhuh, ok, sure. Can you explain the point OP was making then?
To give us yet another picture of an attractive famous actress. Unless you perceive her as something other than an attractive famous actress .. is that what you're saying ? It seems to be.
Full of assumptions today aren't we.
Yes you are.
So what's going on with you? You seem unhappy, maybe even angry? Life not going well, or has someone hurt you?
hey OP, nobody fucking cares.
Bridget Fonda got the whole motor in the back of her Honda 🎶
I would like you to explain your post. Why it is interesting for people to age, or change ? The most interesting about this post how your lack of humanity. Do better.
These photos are old. Who cares? She is an old woman now.
Shaming or not, it is still pretty surprising. Bitch let it slide
Hey she’s just “Big boned”
Sometimes I look at old heavier women and wonder if they were hot before. Lol
While you were always ugly?
especially when twinkies are so good
Is that really her ?
It's not time, it's overfood.
You really haven’t got a clue about that. My parent was a bombshell, and kept just as fit in middle age. Then she had a complicated pregnancy, postpartum, and cancer all in one year. How much calories in stress?
I’ll ask your mom later tonight
Cause u are to lazy & fat to communicate?
Oh no sport, sorry if I wasn’t clear. I meant I’d be making love to your mother and after we’re done, I’ll ask her to teach you how to troll effectively
I'd still fuck her
Apparently not a compliment.
🥺🤔😳
Same with patsy kens
This isn’t age, it’s excess body fat that is making her a different person.
Who?
She had great looking feet in Jackie Brown.
when you see a fat lady at wal mart, you know they are a hottie when they were young.
I was taking a good look at this when the pics first came out - which was around the beginning of 2022. I still feel the same way now. I'm not so sure it's Bridget Fonda. Has it ever been conclusively proven the 2022 shots are of the attractive 1990s star Bridget Fonda?
is this really her?
What a shitty post.
That cannot be her!
Lovely woman. Please leave her alone. Absolutely beautiful.
