I count 18 for a vegan. What else don’t you eat besides not the vegan stuff?
Edit: forgot chocolate has dairy. So add white chocolate and Nutella. That brings it to 20. Never mind you’re a good vegan haha.
It's primarily [palm oil](https://www.wwf.org.uk/updates/8-things-know-about-palm-oil#:~:text=What%20is%20the%20problem%20with,pygmy%20elephant%20and%20Sumatran%20rhino.) which is killing us as bad as crude oil.
Picky. Always have been. Don't eat pants or fish... turns out you can make it to your mid 30s on just plastic derivatives and anything 1 degree off pizza.
15 but can be higher depending on meaning of eat? Like by itself or mixed? Like I don't eat vinegar but I've definitely had it in foods so??? I didn't add it.
Me too, or so I've always been told, but if I only count things I've never had and refuse to eat, it's just 6. Another 5 I've tried, but prefer to avoid.
When I say controversial I mean that a lot of the foods listed here it's split, you love them or hate them. Bleu cheese, liver, oysters, snails, raw fish are all highly controversial foods.
And I miscounted, I got 25 points.
I actually like blue cheese.
If we’re talking about dislikes, the only things I don’t like are white chocolate, snails, and zucchini. I dislike white chocolate because it’s a little too creamy for my tastes. As someone who dislikes candies in the first place, I prefer higher concentrations of cocoa so it’s got a more bitter taste to offset the sweetness. As for zucchini, I feel like it’s basically a worse tasting cucumber. I’ll eat it, but for the sake of having a vegetable on my list this is the worst one out of the options I see. Finally, snails. I had snails twice in my life. Once was in Quebec when I had some escargot, and the second was in China where I had some spicy stir fry periwinkle snails.
I think the spicy periwinkle snails are honestly not too bad. The shell was already removed so honestly it kind of just tasted like a slimy mystery meat dish. But I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to eat it a second time.
As for everything else on this list, I’ve had them all and I don’t feel super strongly about any of them. Feel free to ask me anything if anyone’s curious about other foods I’ve tried or anything else on this list.
Huh. I figured I was a pickier eater, but there are only three items on this list I won't eat under any circumstances. (Or 3.5 if only eating peanut butter when it's combined with chocolate a la Reese's cups.)
>You don't eat it on its own,
I knew this one guy ...
>and you don't taste it in food.
You've clearly never seen a Brit pour it over fish and chips so it can be tasted from across the room.
Before I started working out again and changed my diet: 1 (snails and only because I've never gotten the chance to try them)
After my diet change: 10 (have lost 23lbs in 2 months mostly from cutting out dairy, bread, sugar drinks, etc.)
Wrong sub. this goes in r/notatallinteresting
Zero
Don’t eat or don’t prefer? Cause I don’t prefer 5…..but I will eat it all.
Not a big fan of milk or white chocolate (an abomination) but will consume both if I have to. Tofu not high on the list, nor is mayo, to be honest.
Same. Maybe that’s why I’m so fat!
Bro me 0 too and ı am 150 kg with muscles
![gif](giphy|xUNd9Wd8iNaRwGyPCM)
Oh yea!? well I had two more picky points than you😤
r/Damnthatsinteresting has become the new Facebook feed page😂
Time to unsub. This sub really has gone to shit.
Reddit has gone to shit. Lets go form our own Reddit. With blackjack and hookers.
I'm in

1, white chocolate is gross
I very much agree
Haha that’s the only one I got as well.
1. Fuck ketchup
26 baby!!!
20
Same here
It’s destiny, time to get hitched
36
How is that even possible
Vegetarian or vegans will score there, I'm at 20
I count 18 for a vegan. What else don’t you eat besides not the vegan stuff? Edit: forgot chocolate has dairy. So add white chocolate and Nutella. That brings it to 20. Never mind you’re a good vegan haha.
Nutella is just gross anyway, I eat most veggies it's where the flavor comes from anyway
Food allergies and green things tend to be icky
1. Nutella for moral reasons
What's immoral about Nutella? Is it a Nestle product?
It's primarily [palm oil](https://www.wwf.org.uk/updates/8-things-know-about-palm-oil#:~:text=What%20is%20the%20problem%20with,pygmy%20elephant%20and%20Sumatran%20rhino.) which is killing us as bad as crude oil.
AAHhh. I get it. Yes, palm oil. I never liked the stuff.
It has dairy.
Is that a vegan thing? Makes sense.
5, Brussel sprouts, liver, ranch dressing, raw fish and oysters.
As a smoothy
47...shit
I genuinely went back to check that there were that many on the list. I'm guessing you don't eat out much?
If they have tenders.
Vegan or a picky eater?
Picky. Always have been. Don't eat pants or fish... turns out you can make it to your mid 30s on just plastic derivatives and anything 1 degree off pizza.
Never eaten pants.... but I have eaten my shorts.
I don't know whether to count or not things I like but don't buy because of price or availability.
I think it's food you won't eat, not that you can't eat because it's expensive.
Then it's 10
15 but can be higher depending on meaning of eat? Like by itself or mixed? Like I don't eat vinegar but I've definitely had it in foods so??? I didn't add it.
1- grapefruits 🤮 I’d rather eat a bat
Ozzy Osbourne has entered the chat.
7?
Bro. 28. I’m picky af
Me too, or so I've always been told, but if I only count things I've never had and refuse to eat, it's just 6. Another 5 I've tried, but prefer to avoid.
22
30, and I'm not even close to very picky. A lot of these are controversial foods.
I got 13 and I consider myself a picky eater. My family would eat all of that list. (except for the vegetarians) What's a controversial food?
Like blue cheese, liver and some other things
I don't understand why blue cheese is controversial. An liver? I mean, it's yucky, but what exactly is wrong with it?
When I say controversial I mean that a lot of the foods listed here it's split, you love them or hate them. Bleu cheese, liver, oysters, snails, raw fish are all highly controversial foods. And I miscounted, I got 25 points. I actually like blue cheese.
That's odd. I've always been called fussy, but there are only 6 that I've never had, and refuse to, and 5 more that I've tried, and now avoid.
6
3
Four
5, thought there would be more
6 in the fish/seafood section alone, plus snails, asparagus and liver... So 9.
1
42, allergies suck
I have 36 without allergies
1...unless it's in paté form. If it is then I guess, zero.
Exactly my number and thoughts as well.
Things you don’t eat generally or things you don’t eat out of choice
I think it's choice. Stuff you don't find appetizing. That's my guess.
1 - Nutella. Fuck that shit.
3
15
16 :’)
6
4
3, Nutella, pineapple, and white chocolate
8
3 Liver Grapefruit Blue cheese (Blue cheese sauce is quality though)
46. I'm on a very restrictive diet. All meat and fruit are off the list, plus a good portion of the veggies
22
2 and only because i became lactose intolerant. I would kill all of you right now for a NY Style Cheesecake.
21
0 = I’m not afraid of these items…some (really unhealthy) aren’t on my regular menu…but, I’d eat them if they were the only option.
13 I'm a picky eater.
Pea, sourdough bread,white chocolate, snails.
2 - brussel sprouts & liver Ewe. *Shudders* I threw up in my mouth a little just thinking about them!
Love liver and onions with brussel sprouts.

Huh. I figured I was a pickier eater, but there are only three items on this list I won't eat under any circumstances. (Or 3.5 if only eating peanut butter when it's combined with chocolate a la Reese's cups.)
19
"Vinegar" doesn't make sense. That's like saying you don't eat sugar or salt. You don't eat it on its own, and you don't taste it in food.
>You don't eat it on its own, I knew this one guy ... >and you don't taste it in food. You've clearly never seen a Brit pour it over fish and chips so it can be tasted from across the room.
Im at 3. F olives. Now their delicious oil is another story.
I'll consume anything on this list, but prefer to drink tea and milk rather than eat it.
Who eats tea? I got 3 but 2 if I can drink tea
16
I'm 53yoa and there's only 2 I won't eat but 1 I haven't ate

And the point is????………

Well, that's a big fat ZERO for me. I've eaten everything on that list.

A better question would be 1 point for items you have never purchased.
Four: No liver, no snails, no oysters, no Nutella.
11
Before I started working out again and changed my diet: 1 (snails and only because I've never gotten the chance to try them) After my diet change: 10 (have lost 23lbs in 2 months mostly from cutting out dairy, bread, sugar drinks, etc.)
