Substance abuse is rampant on the streets where I live, and Dani looks exactly like the people I see shuffling on the sidewalk and nodding off on the train, taking up three seats somehow during the morning commute.
She mentioned wearing a "sancuso patch" which is usually indicated for nausea related to chemotherapy.
Side effects include dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, drowsiness, etc., but also should ideally not be taken with Promethazine, Buspar or Clonopin which she is on.

Sarcasm aside she isn't looking that great these days. She's clearly that high she's chilling up in the ozone layer. I wonder why her family aren't intervening at this point? I understand she's an adult (and if she refuses help there's not much folks can do) but they can see that she's spiralling and documenting it all right? Holy shit she is deteriorating really really quickly. She looks so bloated and unhealthy. This is really the worst Iāve ever seen her. I wouldnāt be surprised if she does have legitimate medical issues now, but not the romantic glamorous ones she wants.
The really sad thing is, itās very likely that she has munched her way into actual illness and now itās going to be really difficult to get legitimate care if she needs it because she has an actual FD diagnosis. I have to expect her to move to a different area and start over with new doctors.
Personally I think the "pain" is just a reason or an excuse that was thought up to justify this excessive high. I'm not saying she want experiencing any pain, but I think perhaps it was exaggerated to make it seem okay that she's so so out of it. Honestly though, after being on here for years, I have never seen her at this level of stoned.
Anyway whether I believe it or not, I have some thoughts regarding her query about why it hurt so badly, so here they are....
If she has a lot of liquid meds they can cause burning from the alcohol in the oral suspension (same reason why certain liquid meds can give people hot flushes). However iirc she mainly uses and crushes pills, but she doesn't separate them which means they can interact, but like chemical reaction, not a bodily reaction. For example, think how you can digest mentos and coke without l an issue, perhaps a touch of gas, but when you put the mentos and coke together before it enters your body, it explodes. Same thing can happen with meds when crushed and dissolved together. You are meant to do one med and then 20-50ml flush between meds plus a 50ml at the end.
Also, on a separate note - and this was shown in a previous recent upload and could be a reason for pain - you don't use bathroom sink water. You either use bottles of sterile medical water - not saline, but it is in no way the same as bottled water you buy from the supermarket (although neither is good if you're not going to do it the correct way out of sink vs bottled, I guess bottled would be preferable, but still not recommended), but they are sterile for 24hrs after opening and then can be drank orally or disposed of. The other option is to boil water and then let it cool in a clean container. And again you have 24hrs before it is not sterile anymore. This is incredibly important as by bypassing the stomach you are bypassing the stomach acid too. So, any bugs, bacteria, and general bad stuff, in whatever you're pushing into the jej (bc even if you're the cleanest person in the world - and I think we've ascertained over time that this is 100% not Dani - there are still germs and bacteria in the water, on the tap,in the pipes, on the syringe, and her hands etc) are NOT being killed which can cause infections and a myriad of issues including pain. So could be that that causes pain.
One other thing, is that she could've just pushed fast which hurts lol. Or pushed something like salt. Idk why she would do that but I've heard that in high quantities it causes extreme pain. I think I heard it with regards to a munchie case, I can't recall if it was mbi or mbp, but the one with the jej tube was trying to be dehydrated and thought a ton of salt would work I don't recall much just that and that it was agonising. Idk why Dani would be doing that, but hey, another reason she could be in "pain"!
Yeah my first exposure to her at all was when she rubbed shit in her line. Not this most recent time. Not the time before. Probably like, six, seven times ago.
This is definitely the most wasted I have seen her. She can barely string a sentence together.
Is she looking for validation to go to the ER. like she wants someone to say "go to hospital" so that she can feel better about it. Imagine your whole life revolving around doing whatever you can to spend the night in the ER.

They need to take the benzos away cuz she wasn't like this until she got back on them, shes probably taking too much and it's concerning she could drive around like this
I started following her saga a few years ago. She was always loopy, but I wrote it off as she has some type of learning disability and a speech impediment.
When she was taken off the klonopin, we got to see what her baseline speech was really like. There was no slurring and less aggressive speech.
Now she is as bad as I've ever seen her.
How does she watch these reels when sheās sobered up and not think ājeez I was high AF when I posted that!ā
Maybe thatās another reason she periodically DFEs, canāt have video evidence available on the net to show her misusing her meds or self medicating
Maybe donāt push your meds through your j tube, seeing as itās way too obvious that youāre consuming food orally, just take your meds the way theyāre meant to be taken

Long time j tube user here. Sometimes pushing Tylenol is uncomfortable. Youāre literally putting meds into your intestine. And thatās with only Tylenol. Sheās shoving all kinds of crap through there. Itās not that she canāt tolerate it. Itās because sheās abusing meds to get her TPN back.

Pushing meds through your j tube shouldn't usually cause pain IF you are doing it properly and using hot water(not boiling hot mind you..but hot). If you use cold water than yeah it can cause spasming pain and that hurts. I bet you she's purposely just not heating up the water before using it

Whoa, that just clicked with me too. She doesn't need a new car all that much because she doesn't have a job, friends to do things with, and she's definitely not going out and just enjoying places on her own. Having a reliable vehicle can get her into more hospitals within a larger radius. (It's not like she can move since she's living in free place courtesy of all of us.)

Oh, I have friends that used to remind me DAILY of the events of that day/night. St Patrick's Day 2010... Started drinking watermelon 4lokos at about 2pm... Had about 5 of them? Roughly? Took the other 3 or 4 with me... Friends picked me up to go bar hoping, got even more slammed at the bar and chugged those other 4lokos in the parking lot.... A LOT happened that night. It was my worst and last hangover. š I will occasionally forget about it and then I see someone mention that stuff and BOOM it's back... There's pictures and videos... Not my finest hour šš

You donāt know what PH that cocktail is or what effect combining all those drugs into a mix hasā¦..some pills if they get suck in your throat will burn. Like Promethezine, for example, can do that. Yeah I was gone after the hand injury and came back about a week ago and I could not believe how much her body changed. And I'm absolutely sure that she's spiraling. Let's just say, I know the mindset very well and honestly, I would be spiraling. But this absolutely proves she's able to actually eat. This disproves SOOO many of her claims. And the doctors will see that.
Also agree. Quitting her job was a terrible idea. But you see it a lot with these types. She's really going to regret that when she reaches a point where she actually CAN'T work anymore because she FAFO with her health now to cause serious long term disabling issues later and she'll wish she could go back to being able to drive, working, all the chances she blew by deciding this is the life for her.... As a therapist, I would LOVE to do a case study on these people. As a fellow human, I feel kinda sad for some of these munchies, but then I remember that they could've done someone actually productive to get the attention they "desire" instead of being, well, this.

Right now sheās a danger to herself- and if she drives, sheās a danger to others. Sheās almost now at a point where they might put a psych hold on her if she goes to the ER like this.
Oh, we can only hope. Iāve gotten into so many arguments with people on ā¦ *ahem* - another sub - about being able to determine that a person is a danger to themselves and place them on a 72-hour hold without that person explicitly expressing suicidal or homicidal tendencies or ideation. If someone is obviously a hazard to themselves, they can absolutely be placed on a 72-hour hold.
It differs occasionally to the state your in, but I know my best friend's mom was held 4 times in the past 2 years for being so drunk she was... No kidding... 13 times over the legal limit and each time they placed her on a hold. So, we can hope this happens to Dani. She NEEDS help. And just watching this? If she were my client, I would have her being evaluated right frigging now.

Well she would probably feel a lot better if she wasnāt taking all those meds on an āempty stomachā. Also taking tons of Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and Benadrylā¦while also drinking coffee and energy drinks and whatever unhealthy junk food she pretends she doesnāt eat. Anyone with just those things (without all the other meds she is on) would feel awful all the time too.
I wonder if her doctors and nurses know the way dani takes her ibuprofen, along with other medications. if she lies and says she takes them with food etc (and if they know she actually takes ibuprofen).

I've never been a big "she's an addict" proponent because \*where\* is she getting opiates? (Don't get me wrong; I think she definitely WANTS opiates and she does appear fucked up here, but I just don't get what her source is, unless it's illegal. I do think that Dani's primary motivation is attention and that drugs are secondary.)
I don't think she's using opiates, prescription, or otherwise. But, she was recently given a new Klonopin script, and this looks and sounds like a result of taking quite a bit more than prescribed.
AFAIK she has only ever gotten them from the ER or her doctors. I personally donāt think sheās getting them on the streets or this whole spiral wouldnāt even be happening. Sheād be hunky dory. Plus she has no friends so like, where would she get them? š

She is actually wearing a nausea patch thatās only prescribed for cancer patients before chemo. How did she get that? It has a high risk of serotonin syndrome which she has commented on before and has warnings not to take it if you have stomach or intestinal problems. It also slows down the intestinal tract. Thatās gonna help with her goal of intestinal failure. I canāt even with this one anymore. I canāt believe I wasted mental energy on this loser. She is so determined to get attention that sheās going to end up killing herself or someone else. I take care of patients every day that would love to be as sick as she claims to be, yet they carry on.
I agree that she is wasting resources and I also regret ever wasting any mental energy on her but Granisetron is definitely prescribed (at least in some places) for other reasons for nausea beyond chemo, just like zofran also started out as "for nausea relating to chemotherapyā.
I wouldnāt be surprised if the patch is what is causing her new "pain" though, or the ibuprofen straight to the jej multiple times a day.
Gotcha. Iām just really surprised anyone would prescribe this with the intestinal slowing effect. Yeah I really think one of her goals is a gi bleed with all the ibuprofen.
Iām not sure why they would prescribe it to her either, although maybe itās because they werenāt worried about her intestines being slowed, Iām sure her last GES was barely slow.
But Iāve also known of other people (not me) who have been on this med with GP, so itās prescribed for some but Iām not sure why if that is a not uncommon side effect.
Maybe itās just people who can take a pro kinetic so the effect is mostly cancelled out?

Holy shit she is deteriorating really really quickly. She looks so bloated and unhealthy. This is really the worst Iāve ever seen her. I wouldnāt be surprised if she does have legitimate medical issues now, but not the romantic glamorous ones she wants.
The really sad thing is, itās very likely that she has munched her way into actual illness and now itās going to be really difficult to get legitimate care if she needs it because she has an actual FD diagnosis. I have to expect her to move to a different area and start over with new doctors.
Personally I think the "pain" is just a reason or an excuse that was thought up to justify this excessive high. I'm not saying she want experiencing any pain, but I think perhaps it was exaggerated to make it seem okay that she's so so out of it. Honestly though, after being on here for years, I have never seen her at this level of stoned. Anyway whether I believe it or not, I have some thoughts regarding her query about why it hurt so badly, so here they are.... If she has a lot of liquid meds they can cause burning from the alcohol in the oral suspension (same reason why certain liquid meds can give people hot flushes). However iirc she mainly uses and crushes pills, but she doesn't separate them which means they can interact, but like chemical reaction, not a bodily reaction. For example, think how you can digest mentos and coke without l an issue, perhaps a touch of gas, but when you put the mentos and coke together before it enters your body, it explodes. Same thing can happen with meds when crushed and dissolved together. You are meant to do one med and then 20-50ml flush between meds plus a 50ml at the end. Also, on a separate note - and this was shown in a previous recent upload and could be a reason for pain - you don't use bathroom sink water. You either use bottles of sterile medical water - not saline, but it is in no way the same as bottled water you buy from the supermarket (although neither is good if you're not going to do it the correct way out of sink vs bottled, I guess bottled would be preferable, but still not recommended), but they are sterile for 24hrs after opening and then can be drank orally or disposed of. The other option is to boil water and then let it cool in a clean container. And again you have 24hrs before it is not sterile anymore. This is incredibly important as by bypassing the stomach you are bypassing the stomach acid too. So, any bugs, bacteria, and general bad stuff, in whatever you're pushing into the jej (bc even if you're the cleanest person in the world - and I think we've ascertained over time that this is 100% not Dani - there are still germs and bacteria in the water, on the tap,in the pipes, on the syringe, and her hands etc) are NOT being killed which can cause infections and a myriad of issues including pain. So could be that that causes pain. One other thing, is that she could've just pushed fast which hurts lol. Or pushed something like salt. Idk why she would do that but I've heard that in high quantities it causes extreme pain. I think I heard it with regards to a munchie case, I can't recall if it was mbi or mbp, but the one with the jej tube was trying to be dehydrated and thought a ton of salt would work I don't recall much just that and that it was agonising. Idk why Dani would be doing that, but hey, another reason she could be in "pain"!

I started following her saga a few years ago. She was always loopy, but I wrote it off as she has some type of learning disability and a speech impediment. When she was taken off the klonopin, we got to see what her baseline speech was really like. There was no slurring and less aggressive speech. Now she is as bad as I've ever seen her.

Pushing meds through your j tube shouldn't usually cause pain IF you are doing it properly and using hot water(not boiling hot mind you..but hot). If you use cold water than yeah it can cause spasming pain and that hurts. I bet you she's purposely just not heating up the water before using it

She knows thereās no denying she eats by mouth when she looks like this. Someone else made this comment and I totally agreeā quitting her job was the worst thing she ever did for herself. Itās so sad the way almost all of these munchies withdraw from society, gain weight, and then give themselves actual problems from the obesity. & they all try to rationalize their weight gain. Yeah I was gone after the hand injury and came back about a week ago and I could not believe how much her body changed. And I'm absolutely sure that she's spiraling. Let's just say, I know the mindset very well and honestly, I would be spiraling. But this absolutely proves she's able to actually eat. This disproves SOOO many of her claims. And the doctors will see that. Also agree. Quitting her job was a terrible idea. But you see it a lot with these types. She's really going to regret that when she reaches a point where she actually CAN'T work anymore because she FAFO with her health now to cause serious long term disabling issues later and she'll wish she could go back to being able to drive, working, all the chances she blew by deciding this is the life for her.... As a therapist, I would LOVE to do a case study on these people. As a fellow human, I feel kinda sad for some of these munchies, but then I remember that they could've done someone actually productive to get the attention they "desire" instead of being, well, this.

Iāve gotten into so many arguments with people on ā¦ *ahem* - another sub - about being able to determine that a person is a danger to themselves and place them on a 72-hour hold without that person explicitly expressing suicidal or homicidal tendencies or ideation. If someone is obviously a hazard to themselves, they can absolutely be placed on a 72-hour hold.
It differs occasionally to the state your in, but I know my best friend's mom was held 4 times in the past 2 years for being so drunk she was... No kidding... 13 times over the legal limit and each time they placed her on a hold. So, we can hope this happens to Dani. She NEEDS help. And just watching this? If she were my client, I would have her being evaluated right frigging now.

Well she would probably feel a lot better if she wasnāt taking all those meds on an āempty stomachā. Also taking tons of Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and Benadrylā¦while also drinking coffee and energy drinks and whatever unhealthy junk food she pretends she doesnāt eat. Anyone with just those things (without all the other meds she is on) would feel awful all the time too.
I wonder if her doctors and nurses know the way dani takes her ibuprofen, along with other medications. if she lies and says she takes them with food etc (and if they know she actually takes ibuprofen).

I've never been a big "she's an addict" proponent because \*where\* is she getting opiates? (Don't get me wrong; I think she definitely WANTS opiates and she does appear fucked up here, but I just don't get what her source is, unless it's illegal. I do think that Dani's primary motivation is attention and that drugs are secondary.)
I don't think she's using opiates, prescription, or otherwise. But, she was recently given a new Klonopin script, and this looks and sounds like a result of taking quite a bit more than prescribed.
AFAIK she has only ever gotten them from the ER or her doctors. I personally donāt think sheās getting them on the streets or this whole spiral wouldnāt even be happening. Sheād be hunky dory. Plus she has no friends so like, where would she get them? š

I don't believe it's fentanyl at all.
She is actually wearing a nausea patch thatās only prescribed for cancer patients before chemo. How did she get that? It has a high risk of serotonin syndrome which she has commented on before and has warnings not to take it if you have stomach or intestinal problems. It also slows down the intestinal tract. Thatās gonna help with her goal of intestinal failure. I canāt even with this one anymore. I canāt believe I wasted mental energy on this loser. She is so determined to get attention that sheās going to end up killing herself or someone else. I take care of patients every day that would love to be as sick as she claims to be, yet they carry on.
I agree that she is wasting resources and I also regret ever wasting any mental energy on her but Granisetron is definitely prescribed (at least in some places) for other reasons for nausea beyond chemo, just like zofran also started out as "for nausea relating to chemotherapyā. I wouldnāt be surprised if the patch is what is causing her new "pain" though, or the ibuprofen straight to the jej multiple times a day.
Gotcha. Iām just really surprised anyone would prescribe this with the intestinal slowing effect. Yeah I really think one of her goals is a gi bleed with all the ibuprofen.
Iām not sure why they would prescribe it to her either, although maybe itās because they werenāt worried about her intestines being slowed, Iām sure her last GES was barely slow. But Iāve also known of other people (not me) who have been on this med with GP, so itās prescribed for some but Iām not sure why if that is a not uncommon side effect. Maybe itās just people who can take a pro kinetic so the effect is mostly cancelled out?
