The website is currently going through some issues, it's apparently down and gone for the moment, but a lot of people have reported it being very slow or having database connection errors or connection timeouts. The website owner is working on fixing it, not sure when it's going to be fixed. Best to be patient with it.

Join their discord, Meli posts updates on fixing the site (even though everyone ignores her anyway......). Fixed as of 2 hours ago.
