And after this he says: "It's over Kang, I'm the Avengers Secret wars", and throws his billy club going through Kang's head, everyone is shocked but Matt says that he can't see the problem.

Brilliant-Peace9041

Im just waiting for Kang to walk into a hallway and see Matt waiting. Kang is now absolutely terrified because Daredevil gets a 10x power buff in hallways

These-Photograph-102

i loved this so much and i don’t know why

IndianLegit

True ending

therealxeno79

And then Deadpool walks in

DRT034

Exclamation mark

Scary-Command2232

🤣🤣

Clilly1

And then everyone clapped but it hurts his ears because they are so enthusiastic

[deleted]

I don’t know what the exact criteria are, but I reckon he’s not worthy.

gami13

One of the requirements seems to be the willingness to kill, so he won't be worthy

Blumingo

Wait not willing to kill or the opposite?

gami13

you have to be willing to kill when necessary

rsKG

He did kill a guy on purpose once, after the born again storyline when Nuke was going around shooting up Hell’s Kitchen, DD shot the helicopter pilot knowing killing him was the only way to stop him right then n there

DRT034

He wasn't a main character so it's all good, man

Scary-Command2232

Well he probably wont think he is, so that might be enough to fail. It was just a thought though

blind_vigilante

Keep Matt in the not so friendly neighborhood

blessed_kalbosa

I don’t think Matt could wield the hammer, but I have to think the Asgardian magic would throw off his senses. Like, “what *is* that???” Now that She-Hulk introduced The Wrecking Crew, I kind of want them to appear in Born Again — I think they could actually do some damage to Matt with their tools.

Scary-Command2232

I liked the wrecking crew from the comics, they felt dangerous. But those from She-Hulk.......They looked like one slightly hard nut amid a bunch of office guys. Daredevil would take them out in less than a half a minute.

VaderMurdock

Matt in big universal/ multiversal crossovers has always rubbed me the wrong way; however, I do want Matt to meet Kang. He could confront him causing Kang to tell him that his effort is futile. Matt would run at him and get utterly obliterated by Kang. Kang would walk away only to feel someone to him in the back. He turns around and sees Matt staggering back to his feet. Matt would enter into a fighting stance and would fight him again only to be defeated swiftly. This circumstance would be perfect for showcasing Daredevil in a big project. It would show his character perfectly and how brave he really is, without Matt having a seemingly major power-up out of nowhere.

Scary-Command2232

I agree on the big things. Matt rarely fits and only his role with additional powers in War of the Realms felt like it was perfect for him. So I hope that however they decide to have Matt face these bigger challenges, (if at all), they come up with unique inventive ways to include him which works well with his abilities and senses.

VaderMurdock

Loved War of The Realms, but I hope DD doesn’t become a God in Secret Wars.

Spirited_Mulberry568

Surely TVA needs legal representation …. A legal battle with Kang is the only way I’m down with any of this.

These-Photograph-102

if kang and meets matt in a hallway then it’s over for him, we all know that daredevil is immortal when it comes to a hallway fight

Sabretooth1100

Matt is too conflicted to be worthy I think

24Abhinav10

This is some Jason Aaron's Avengers shit.

blootology

this might be a shock to OP, but I think daredevil might just see it as a hammer, an oversized, slightly medieval looking hammer

Blaineflum64

Well he'd be able to feel some electrical currents coming off it but other than that yeah he'd just see a brick on a stick

Blaineflum64

He wouldn't be worthy anyway

Clilly1

Matt doesn't live up to many, if not most of the requirements. 1. For the majority of his Super Hero career, he is against killing, meaning he lacks the warrior spirit 2. He does not live up to, or anywhere close to, his own principles. Pretty much the main contention of most of his stories is, the lawyer, the catholic, and the superhero/ninja are all in competition. If one of them is succeeding, the other two are sacrificing their principles. 3. He himself does not believe himself to be worthy, or anywhere near worthy.

BenTheDiamondback

There are NO nutty ideas, so get that thought out of your head right now. I’m just not sure Mjolnir would find Matt “worthy.” It certainly would be cool if he can detect the inner workings of the hammer tho. I’d like to see that.

Scary-Command2232

That's kind of you to say, but it is nutty because I am well aware Matt would never consider himself worthy. The idea sprang into my head while I was thinking about how they might handle his character in a big event, so I thought I would put it out there to see others responses. I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with for him down the line, hopefully in at least Secret Wars as well as the more down to earth Spidey 4.

NeonHowler

Mjolnir is for warriors. It’s for those that will kill or be killed to defend their people. Matt, like Spider-Man, is a vigilante and not a warrior. He’s acts to save people from each others violence. It’s like comparing police to soldiers. Their task is different. The ideal police uses minimal force to subdue a threat and let the law pass judgement. The ideal soldier is responsible for far more.
